I forgot to mention in the post that you will need the Magical Faire Gate from the Sims Store.
I tried to keep the decor fairly rustic and simple:
I think artists and gardeners will find it a perfect retreat:
Furnishings and plants from all three EP\'s, and a few decorative store items like the fireplace logs and the wreath.

It\'s on a 40x40 fully landscaped lot, and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus numerous other rooms and hidey holes. There is offstreet parking for three cars, a swimming pool, garden and crypt.

The Ubiquitous Purple Nursery:
A somewhat dolorous Child\'s Bedroom:
Furnishings and plants come from all three EP\'s. I don\'t know what design nightmare awaits if you don\'t have the EP\'s, but I suppose you could do some redecorating. There is one Sims Store item, the raven, which you certainly wouldn\'t miss.
I hope your vampires and Gothy sims like it!

It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large, open living space, party balcony, and a downstairs TV room. The entry level has a community gym, and the grounds have a garden, bike rack, parking and subway entrance. There are two inaccessible NPC apartments on the ground floor.
It\'s on a 40x40 lot, which I know is a pain to place, but the other apartment shells did not have balconies as far as I could tell. I maximized the interior space, which makes it look a teeny bit odd from the outside if you go up to the roof level. Since there\'s no need to actually do that, you probably won\'t even notice.
I went with the airy pale blue/green theme pretty much, though I did make one bedroom red, in a nod to teenage angst:
I figure any kid who grows up there is going to want to rebel, color-wise. The nursery is purple (of course. My nurseries are always purple).
There\'s no cc, though some EP stuff probably sneaked in there, like the drafting table from Ambitions and some WA plants.
I hope you like it!

His clothing is mostly from Late Night, though I can\'t make a cool male sim without Aikea Guniea\'s jeans and zip pants . His hair is from the Sims store, and his beard is the rap beard from Necrodog at MTS.
His name is pronounced \"Show-ow,\" with the first o long and the second short. I just love X names, though of course, if you want to be really boring, you can change it. Hope you like him!
Oh darn the Exchange! It couldn\'t interpret the accents in his name, and it made three of his traits Unknown. They are supposed to be Disciplined, Eco-Friendly, and Shy.

I just used base game plants, because she doesn\'t have WA, but you could add palm trees:

You might get the pool glitch if you build onto this house - just delete the pool before you build, then add it back in after.

Requires WA for the columns, lampposts and hydrangeas. Gnubb set is in Ambitions (I think).

The furniture was rather eclectic. I loved how nothing quite matched, yet it all went together:
Kitchen:
One of the bedrooms was locked with the owner\'s things inside. I decided to turn it into a nursery:
The other house was across the road from where I stayed. I was swimming in the lake, and a gentleman came out for a dip. I admired the yankee simplicity of this house:
I had to use my imagination for the inside.
Both houses use the BIG windows and some furniture from WA. If you don\'t have WA, you can replace those with something else. MTS has some nice window sets.

I\'ll begin with the Summer House:

This vacation home was built by John Summer Runnells, the President of the Pullman Car Company. Neighbors included William James, brother of Henry, the author. Runnells\' daughters inherited the 30-room mansion, but the story goes that they couldn\'t afford the taxes, and so had it torn down. I based my build on one blurry xerox photo of the house, and used my imagination for the most part.

The house as uploaded has servants\' quarters in the back. When I moved a family in, I converted those to a music room (Late Night). This is not included in the upload, but you can re-design at will:

The house includes a garden and fishing stream. It\'s on a 64x64 lot, which I realize is difficult to place. When EA gave us placeable lots, they neglected to include some very useful ones, like 30x40\'s and 60x60\'s. I have managed to place this lot in several neighborhoods, though. Riverview has some flat open areas, and it will fit by the stone circle in Neverglade.

It does include some WA and Ambitions objects, but you can still download it - those objects you don\'t have will just need to be replaced.

There are two versions for download: the \"Furnished\" version has all three apartments furnished and available to the player. You may install lockable doors at your own discretion.
The \"Late Night\" version has hidden room markers in the bottom two apartments. The game should move NPC\'s into these rooms. The top two floors are available for purchase. Remember that you won\'t have access to the bottom two apartments.
The LN version has a call box, group mailbox, and trash chute.
The top apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer and a vampire guestroom. There is a public grill and table by the basement unit, and a garden and parking out back.

It has a dance floor, bar, hot tub, and various other fun little hangout spots:
The Crypt is my favorite part:
It requires Late Night and World Adventures, and Hekate\'s windows from MTS are absolutely essential.
I moved the fire station in Bridgeport to a 30x20 lot I created, and used that lot 2 blocks north of City Hall for the club, which is on a 30x40 lot.

This is my first household upload. If you\'re going to put a sim in your neighborhood, but play another family, I think it\'s good to start out with a few skill points, so the sim doesn\'t flounder around in poverty forever. However, I can\'t even find him on the households download page :/
Anyway, I hope you like him and click the Recommend button, because my last uploaded sim disappeared!
You will need the jeans and zip pants from Aikea Guinea , and his hair is from the Sims Store. Other clothes require Late Night.
I noticed a little issue with installing pre-made vampires - you might have to clear cache for their skin and eyes to appear correctly.
Happy Samhain, everyone!
