The Dover - 3 bd, 2 ba with full bsmt

Well the first time I uploaded this house it didn\'t show on the Exchange. I waited most of the day and still nothing, so I decided to try and upload again and this time it showed. So I\'m on a roll with being able to upload two houses now.

This is another I just build them and let you all furnish them however you like. One important thing about this house is there is lighting in the walls in the basement and some walls around the stairs to keep it from looking so dark. This is the wall lighting used in the WA EP for tombs. You can still download the house but if you don\'t have that EP you won\'t get the lighting. \u263A

This is a nice 3 bdrm 2 bath home with a fantastic kitchen. This house sits on a foundation so it has a nice porch and deck. It also includes an attached 2 car garage, full bsmt, fireplace, foyer, living & dining rooms, laundry room. Bsmt and some wall have interior wall lighting. Fully landscaped on a 40x40 lot. The Dover floor-plan was another posted by MadameLee and was one I saw before I did the bungalow. I really liked this house.

As always, there is a custard image uploaded to the slideshow. The house does come unfurnished except for the kitchen and baths. Images in the slideshow are from when my sim was testing the house so all those items have been removed. You can download this house from the Exchange here. Traditional Bungalow - Same House / Better Images

I was finally able to upload a house after not being able to upload one since the Ambitions release. I decided to see \"if\" it would upload mostly unfurnished... and it did! FINALLY! If this works all the time, I may just build them and let you all furnish them however you like. Less headache that way I think as the shell is pretty much there. \u263A

So this is a nice bungalow style 3 bdrm, 3 bath that I altered a bit to remove things like closets. The original only had 2 baths. The floor-plan was posted by MadameLee. She does have a knack for picking really nice houses. Thanks ML.

There is a custard image uploaded to the slideshow (very 1st image) as well and the only thing that is CC is (PlazaCounter2 Plaza Kitchen - *donation set* SIMcredibledesigns.com) used in the rear blue bathroom (transferable .sims3pack files) and (sag_PlantCallaLillies-WhiteRecs *no longer available*) but the art is (.package) files that won\'t download. Sorry about uploading those, I have two sets of plaza counters and those plants... but they do scan clean. I meant to use the Cloud 9 Counter from the store instead.
