Hehe skype is addictive - been on it like most of today again, and been simming at the same time!! Not done a whole lot of simming truth be told though because I get distracted but oh well lol, was hilarious chatting with my simmer friends again!! :D

Been taking picture for a contest though so that\'s my excuse :-P Its for another forum I\'m a member of, Miss Simerica Contest is the contest I\'ve entered, I love Create-a-style so it is quite fun to do! :)

My friend TheSimMan has created a new lot, but you will not find it on the exchange it\'s on the Sim-Share forum, you can download it here. It is an amazing build - I\'ve been using it for some of the pictures for the contest because the landscaping is just amazing as usual! :-)

Wow yesterday was a long day, ended up in a long chat on Skype  with my Simmer friends- was soooooooooooo much fun though! We ended up laughing a lot, they really do crack me up!!

Then when the Aussies went to bed I talked to the british simmer until 2 am - we were simming at the same time, which was fun!! I learnt if you put a sim in a room with  no lights they get the \'Its Dark\' moodlet - never seen it before because I always light my sim\'s rooms lol

I\'ve got past the bit where it didn\'t save and have made a back-up just in case - you never know lol. It does seem to be behaving itself though, just don\'t leave saving for a long period and you\'ll be fine! :)

Well I\'m gonna load my game, cya, happy simming!

I got carried away simming and hadn\'t saved for a few hours - big mistake! When I did try to save I got an \'Error code 12\' message and my save file had gone BAD! Not good, now thankfully I googled it and on one site it said to make a copy of all your saves, so I did, so I only lost the progress since my last save - but that was a lot of progress, my sim\'s twins had turned into toddlers and she\'d had another baby, so now I\'ve got to go through until they get to where they were before - grr!

No idea what a World file save failure is - fat lot of use the read me was - the read me should say why it happens and how to stop it, naming the error does not help in the slightest!

Well I better get back and get my sims to where they were before

Well I have been building but I\'ve hit a snag, I have two ceilings on my top floor, not sure why, it looks fine as long as you don\'t view it from a certain angle, but I\'m reluctant to upload it until I find a solution for it. I\'ve been playing my friend\'s split level home and hers doesn\'t have a floating ceiling, so I must have missed something:

So much for simming the other day, it didn\'t happen I can\'t sim when I\'m in Coventry lol and especially when I have a resit to revise for.

But it\'s over now - yay!!! So I can get on with building and simming now!!!

I\'m very very happy, my one lovely flat mate had wrote \"Love you Shell\" on my returners room sign, so that was quite nice, they will aparently miss me next year lol, I will miss them, they were really nice flat mates, was weird being back in the flat but with no-one to talk to.

Right well i\'m gonna load my game - yay!!!

Instead of posting about the simming I\'ve been doing recently directly to my blog, I posted it here.

I\'ve been flitting from family to family again, and actually started building the other day, I think really its to avoid revision but I saw a tutorial on a split level home (tutorial is here if you\'re interested in trying it yourself) and thought I\'d have a go at building one and it actually worked. When I tried it with Sims 2 it confused me soo much, but Qbuilderz explains it really well and I have managed to build it, just finish furnishing it now, but of course I have a resit so I shouldn\'t really be doing a mass of simming. Pictures of it\'s progress can be seen here.

It would help if accountancy wasn\'t so boring to learn, I still feel like I\'m going to fail it and I have no idea what happens if I do, sometimes I wish I was a sim in Sims 3 - the Young Adult Sims don\'t need University they just go straight into work. But I have to think about my future and being in Uni will mean I can go on a graduate employment thing and get further in my career - at least hopefully it will *fingers crossed* I\'ve just got to get to the third year first!

Well I better get back to revision, then I can do some more building later guilt free lol

Well turns out the special seed wasn\'t a life fruit plant but a death flower bush so now she has a way to be saved from death, because it says if you put a death flower in a sims inventory when grimmy comes he\'ll take the flower instead of your sim not sure if he\'ll reset her age or what, I shall find out I suppose lol.

I think I\'ve found a glitch as well I can\'t get a sim to congratulate another sim, my sims keep throwing up the wish to congratulate sims who\'ve just got married but there is no option to do so, so maybe EA were meant to put something in but they didn\'t that\'s what the ladies at NS thought.

I\'m having a break from revising today, it being a sunday and all, so I\'m gonna go and play Sims 3

I decided yesterday to try and find a way to take a day\'s age off a sim because she was nearing old age, so I was told on a forum about Ambrosia which you may or not know needs life fruit and death fish in the recipe. Death fish is relatively easy to come by you just need an angel fish, go late to the cemetary (after 12 am but before the sun comes up is the best time) and start fishing, a high fishing skill is a must.

The life fruit\'s much harder it requires finding a special seed and again high level of skill but this time in gardening, I\'ve planted 2 special seeds but they are slow growers, Naomi may just die of old age waiting for it to grow (pardon the pun) if it wasn\'t for the fact I\'ve stopped aging.

But now I\'m wondering maybe I should just let her grow old the reason I wanted to stop her getting old is because her boyfriend isn\'t even an adult yet but even if the Ambrosia works and takes a day off like it says, it won\'t be able to fully de-age her so they\'ll still be a big age gap between them but I shalll carry on to make it just to see, but then I think I\'ll turn aging on and let her age as she should.

Anyways I better try some revision and then I can sim guilt free, cya, happy simming!

I played my Hughes family the day before, had quite a bit of fun with them, I caught sight of my simself heavily pregnant and my simelf\'s son Dwayne. I also saw Mark and his son Isidro working out at the gym, while his other son Dion was doing his homework there.

Kayleigh\'s birthday dawned and a lot of people arrived to wish her a happy birthday! :-)

Birthday time! Then the guests started panicking, took  me a while to realise it was because my simself was going into labour. Chloe took charge and offered to drive her to the hospital, but Shell decided to drive herself and Chloe came along as a passenger. I had no idea if a sim went into labour near you that you could take them to hospital but you can and Chloe even got a moodlet from the baby :-)

Shell had a baby girl called Jeanne, she is such a cutie. Whether or not your sim is at the birth you still have to be in control of that sim to chose the name, but I like how you can go with your friend from another family, so well done EA! The father of the baby arrived late but he did get there eventually lol, when he came out he did look a bit shell shocked, poor guy!

With the whole pregnancy thing I forgot to take a picture of Kayleigh at the growing up stage, but here she is as a child. As a Jorunalist, Jared sometimes has to dig deep to get a story, he takes this literally when he digs around in Jeremiah\'s trash for a story. After finding some info on Jeremiah he interviews him for a story.

I didn\'t get any simming done yesterday because I went to Weston Super Mare with my mum and brother- I did have fun there, the views are great, especially from The Wheel which is a great way to see Weston! :-D

Wow 2 weeks and no blog, bet you thought I\'d been kidnapped :-P

I went on holiday to Menorca so no simming happened, but I\'m back now, and I plan to get back to it, still got a resit to do but that\'s not until the 24th August, so I should be able to revise and still have fun.
