Mysteriously Designed AptHouse for SGG

This is a list of CC items used in the build of this house. The rooms requested are completed. There are 3 rooms and a hallway left to be decorated.  Since I couldn\'t get this uploaded via the launcher I had to upload it to Mediafire. To download (.rar) file and extract the (.sims3pack) file, go to the link below.

There are two custard images for this item. This item scans CLEAN!
Custard Image One and Custard Image Two.

This house is also sim tested!

Note: It appears they lost a lot stuff and I have no clue when it will all be back. There are a few items on Living Sims but nothing that I used. You will have to replace any SAG art on your own with something from the store.

Everything else is from The Store, EP and/or SP except for OLS. There are a few patterns from the exchange and a few from other places. Everything I have has gone through Custard and/or Dashboard more than once on a regular basis.
