I have to say I\'ve had my fill of all the crap on the forums. And along with the site glitches it\'s much more than I can stand. I thought it would get better but it has only gotten worse which has begun to cause me stress. And stress is not good for a person who is a diabetic.
400+ sugar readings when coming on the forums and reading threads. I got so sick I ended up with muscle spasms in my legs and couldn\'t walk. I also had issues with my vision and they tested me again for diabetic retinopathy. I\'m not saying what that is you\'ll have to look it up, but I bet it would scare the crap outta ya. So after a day of being poked and prodded by what seems like endless doctors, I have to call it quits for now. And while I was away for almost a week my sugar readings dropped to about 250 and that says a lot.
This used to be a place I would come to chill\'ax. Helping new simmers and chatting with friends. These forums have become more and more aggravating on an hourly basis.
Why? Just a few examples:
1. Lack of moderation.
2. Thread after thread after thread of repetitive threads.
a. Lazy people who can not use Google.
b. People who can\'t pick their Sim\'s shirt/name/etc... Let\'s make a thread.
4. An overabundance of stupidity that make me wonder how some can make it through the day.
5. Trolls and Spammers.
6. How does this mod work? Go to the site where it\'s hosted, READ & COMPREHEND!
7. Etc., Etc., Ect...
Need I go on? Back in the day us ol\' school peeps had to figure crap out. That\'s simply not the case anymore and it\'s gotten pitiful and sad.
This picture and quote kind of sums it all up for me.
O Brother, Where Art Thou?
I will say I may pop in from time to time to check my CC guide but that\'s about it. No more answering other questions and all that jazz. I will also be at \"Da Spot!\" And those that can know how to find me when they need me.
My health is much more IMPORTANT than Sims .
Peace Out Peeps!
