There are no furnitures so you are free to use your own furnitures and create a modern style. I created this house to be a small penthouse. It is surrounded by water and can be used as a pool. There is a garage that can hold 2 cars. The main living room is spacious so feel free to use it. On the 2nd floor, you can use it as an open bedroom. There is no roof at all. On the "3rd" floor, I like to use it as a small gym or maybe a bar. The sky's the limit. So enjoy this modern home, "Drowning Sheep"
