There are no actually furnitures. This is my blueprint of this modern home. I wanted to make an empty house so people can put their own stuff. Also it helps people who don't get the latest expansion pack. I included a one car garage and a separate building which can be used as a private bedroom or a small studio. There is also a small pool and an open porch on the backyard. You can alter the wallpapers to your like. It's your house now so do whatever you want to do.
