I was uploading a batch of lots all at once but one at a time. I have a particular order that I wanted them to be uploaded in because I wanted the ones I like the most to be last uploaded so they would be first visible in my studio. >_>
I adore Ocean's Edge Cottage but it wasn't the one I meant to be seen first. XD and the thing is, I missed it until I had already uploaded some of the others in the order I wanted. =P *So embarrassed* LOL but that is just what I do, I think ahead on which lots folks are gonna see first in my studio and that would of course be the last few uploaded.
So what you see as my first three lots right now are in other words my favs.
When you click on the Ocean's Edge and it's not there, that is why. I will reupload it soon. It's just a small cottage/beach hut, one bdrm (I think). If you have Siren's Landing, you already have the lot though. =)
I also added a slideshow in my studio for Siren's Landing.
On the same subject I am gonna re-upload some older lots that I chose to delete that I had planned to revamp. Maybe remove some of the store stuff or add some store stuff =P update with the EPs SPs I have that weren't around when I made them.
That is all. >_>
Screens in this blog post later when time allows.
* As I mentioned in a recent blog, that there is approx 30+ lots for you to add or build your own homes. You can read my prior blog post for more info on that.
* This world IS NOT IP READY. I started it a long time ago, even before sims could swim in the ocean. It has no dive lots or Houseboat/Port lots. Both of these are easily added via in game, and I have added a few ports to mine. I haven’t added any dive lots yet.
* I kept the parking spaces in community lots to a minimum on purpose. Cuts down on lag with abandoned cars.
* I didn’t add a lot of sidewalks, wanted to keep an island feel. Same with signs etc…
* I also didn’t add a lot of fences lining every cliff. I also did this to add to the island feel. Unless I missed something the cliffs are routed correctly so your sim won’t go up and down the side. X.x
* This is V1. V2 will have more lots. I will upload the lots as I make them (maybe, time allowing) and tell you the addresses I made them. I am a writer that is very much behind on my writing. So just wanna get some of my sim *to do* list done.
- If you are new to CAW, it might be beneficial to read my last blog about Global Layers.
To make this world look and work as I created it you will Need:
* Sun Surf and Sand sets (not the clothes sets of course).
* Free plants from Earth Day set
Couple things about Siren's Landing
* I totally meant to remove the dinosaur XD I just think he's cool lol and wanted him in my game world.
* Last time I shut down my pc I had to bang the side to get it to start. >_>
I discovered when I was able to get it started (as I was guessing) the fan is out. I have a household fan on it now. If I shut down there is no guarantee it will start again, and a fan won't come until next paycheck, plus I don't wanna fry the motherboard.

It got to where I couldn't save most of the time in EIG. It would crash. Luckily except for those 30 or so lots the world was complete.
I originally thought it was because of my computer, but I am thinking now it could have been a bloated global layer. It's a common problem and thanks to SimSample <3 for the tutorial on how to fix it. I suspect the crashing will stop now if I continue to build the lots.
So if you use CAW or are new to it or whatever it might be a good idea to clean your Global Layer as a last step to your world, or if you EIG after cleaning the Global Layer, then do it again every now and then. Especially if you start crashing.
* A V.2 will be coming at some point in time.
Look for screens in my next blog.
