The issue wasn’t just lack of data, it was the lack of interpretation and planning. We had numbers, but we didn’t really know what they meant for future decisions. That’s when I explored fractional cfo services

It takes time to build a reliable system, but once it’s in place, decision-making becomes much less stressful.
