Where has the time gone?
I've been frantically Christmas shopping, trying to decorate and clean the house and making out Christmas cards.
I finally finished making out cards this afternoon while doing loads of laundry. The Christmas tree is up and decorated except for the tree topper which I still haven't found in any of the closets or storage bins, where oh where did I put the darn thing?
I'm taking a short break between loads of laundry to try and rest a little.
To think after I get all this other stuff done, then I will have to do all that cooking on Christmas Day
Laz and I were out shopping yesterday to finish our Christmas shopping and he saw a thread on the TS4 forum saying the new EP Get to Work was on sale at Target for $10 off the regular price.
So I picked it up for myself and am installing it while I write this blog entry! Well back to work for me after I check to see if Get to Work EP didn't break my saves!
Hope everyone is having fund with their games and is getting all they need to get done for Christmas!
Happy Simming All!
Well this is it last month of 2015, can't believe a whole year is almost over!
I suppose this is a good a time as any to reflect on how the year has gone for me.
It's been a good, but tough year for me.
Good things have happened and some awful things too.
The only way I know how to get through the tough times is to just persevere and maybe things will work themselves out.
If not then I just try to enjoy the happy moments that happened throughout the year.
Anyway, I hope everyone had a good year and on to the next with anticipation of good things to come.
As for my Simming, never got a lot of play time in for TS2 or TS4, just been very busy with living my Real Life!
I don't think Sims are as important to me as they once were when I was floundering and wondering what I would do with my spare time. It just seems that after Laz/Ronin moved in everything went into hyper speed.
It figures when I finally found someone I love and care for the time just seems to be zooming away, sometimes it's scary how fast time flies by!
I've also been busy with my family going on short vacations and just spending more time being with them all. So that doesn't leave a lot of time for Simming!
Oh well my Sims will always be there if I need them and they are a nice security blanket if I'm ever lost and don't know what to do with myself! Thanksgiving was good, we tried something different and went out to a restaurant to celebrate so no one was stuck in the kitchen cooking all day.
So December is going to be a busy month and I will be looking forward to celebrating News Years alone with Laz/Ronin. No parties, no hassle, no crowds of people, just he and I celebrating the New Year in our special way.
So if I don't get back here, then I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Happy Simming All!
