Everyone on the forum waits with baited breath for CAW...a hush falls over the forum...Screeeech stop...Gawd that\'s wrong...no one will stop talking about it!  I will not be one of the first in line to download this thing they call CAW, I fear what it will do to my game!  I will wait for all the complaint threads to open on CAW before I make a decision.  Cause you know there will be complaints. hee hee. :)

Edit:  Oh Wow, the patch is here and CAW...I\'ve updated my game with the new patch but will wait on CAW.  Can\'t even access the forum I keep getting an error code.....so I can\'t check to see if people are already complaining!O~o

OK, I just made a new Avie pic, hopefully it works since I sort of made an error, but I hope I fixed it correctly.  :)

Oh and I did edit this blog post...to get rid of my rant...I don\'t have the hot headed trait, until someone does something  I reeeeally think is uncalled for or stupid. :)  So if you read my rant earlier and are confused because it\'s gone, why yes I edited and deleted it from my blog.  Why you say....well yes because I can. :)

....it\'s an art...:]  and I\'ve been practicing it more lately.  Haven\'t felt much like posting since they put the Holiday items in the store.  So many people complained about no Christmas Tree being included in the set.  I knew there wasn\'t going to be a tree since someone posted a link to a picture of the items we were going to be getting and it didn\'t show a Christmas Tree (I think that poster got suspended/banned for linking the picture...gahh! ).  I was disappointed too, but some of the threads really got out of hand.  I know one of the threads I posted in finally got deleted because they went off on a tangent about religion.  Frankly I was glad it was deleted....it was getting way out of hand....too many over emotional responses....too many sarcastic retorts.  C\'mon peeps where is the Christmas Spirit?  :(

So now I\'m lurking.....not that anyone will notice my absence. o~O   So....ummm ....ah well no matter.

I want to Thank Tebeau for the sweater, Rubysim for Koonzilla, and valennealv for the Flute Forward!  You were all so sweet to send me something, but honestly I gift because like I said before it makes me Happy!  I honestly didn\'t expect to receive anything.  It was Ronin2rx\'s totally unexpected act of generosity that woke me out of my stupor on the forums.  I realized I needed to pay it forward, and so my gifting journey began.  I posted on the Thank you thread once, but felt silly after I did, so I have been thanking everyone this way...maybe I should put it on my front page, as I don\'t know if anyone even reads this blog!?? Yes, it\'s been rain/sleet/snowing since my last blog post.  Ack, the weatherman says it\'s our first snowstorm of the season, well for the mid-west.  Gasp....a clue, I live in the mid-west of the U.S.  :)  Anywho  the temperature is supposed to drop into the teens or something gosh awful like that and the wind has just been so strong that my house is rattling like it\'s a hundred year old home (but it\'s not, built in 2003).  I\'m so glad I don\'t have to go out and drive in this weather!

I tried to play my game last night, but it was a game I created before WA and all the patches and it was lagging so much I finally just quit.  I really like playing him too, he\'s almost maxed all his skills.  I\'ve sent him to China (3 times) and Egypt...I still have to send him to France, but so far other than buying the nectar stuff, France seems um-mm.....dull, sorry EA.  I may have to delete this game and try him out in a new one, maybe it won\'t lag so much then.  Right now he finally got an opportunity from the restaurant to grow steaks so he can get the Omni plant!  So I guess after I get that done, I will try to start him up in a new game. :)

Woke up this morning to the first snow of the season...it wasn\'t a lot, but enough to make everything white.  Most of it has melted on the pavement.  The temperature dropped so the shrubs and trees still have snow on the tips of all their branches.  It looks like a picture you might see on a Christmas Card.  I always love the first snowfall, then not so much since I have to drive in it all the time! :(

Well I finally got around to figuring out how to make a custom avi picture.  I bookmarked a thread that had the instructions and somehow my non technical self managed to follow the instructions correctly.  I don\'t have the paint programs they suggested you use to crop or embellish the pic.  I just used what program I had and I haven\'t figured that all out yet either.  So I just added some text and will try to figure all the rest out later. :)  I guess what everyone on the forum says is true, you put a custom avi pic on the exchange and people download it more.  Such is the case with mine, not that I\'ve got hundreds or anything, but it most certainly is the most downloads I\'ve ever had for a Sim!  I wonder why they do that, what is they think they are getting extra?  Well I hope they aren\'t too disappointed with what they get! O~o

I spent yesterday evening trying to build a house with a basement for the Sim I use for vacations.  The house he is in is getting to small, I moved him to a bigger lot, but need to expand the house.  Let\'s just say after spending hours on the house and was just in the middle of decorating....Yes, it happened!  My game crashed, I was sooo upset.  It was a ranch style that had this really big basement, it was my own design and now it\'s gone!  Gaaaa, this is why I don\'t build many houses.  I just can\'t seem to remember to save after I build the floor plan, at least if I did that, then I would have the floor-plan.  Now I have nothing and don\'t know if I could build it the same.  I guess I will try again later, since I need a basement for all those collectibles! :(
