Poverty Challenge Update - Growing up and moving out.

Toya Pimintel was blessed with two more baby girls, though not twins this time. Anna was born an Insane Genius, and developed into a Computer Genius when she became a Child. Paulina is a toddler who Hates the Outdoors and is a Couch Potato.
Irene and Aspen are now Handy Young Adults. Irene is a Schmoozer and it is her lifetime wish to become a World Renowned Surgeon. Aspen has a Green Thumb and it is her lifetime wish to be Master of the Arts.
Mia and Katrina are now Teens. Mia is Excitable and Family Oriented. Katrina is a Charismatic Slob.
Seth has completed the Science Fiction Writer skill challenge. Toya has completed the Proficient Painter skill challenge.
Since the family makes so much money from books, paintings, gardening, and fishing, I will end this challenge after one generation.

Seth and Toya Pimintel were hoping for a baby girl when they were pleasantly surprised with twin girls. Aspen is an Easily Impressed Virtuoso, while Irene is a Friendly Heavy Sleeper.
Seth completed his Lifetime Wish to become The Tinkerer by mastering Logic and Handiness. He also mastered the Athletic skill and completed the Master Planter skill challenge. In addition to the Supermarket and the Bookstore, Seth is now a partner in the Diner and the Bistro as well.
With growing children, the Pimintel\'s house was starting to feel claustrophobic, so Seth built a new house that will (hopefully) be big enough for their expanding family.
Once Aspen and Irene were just about old enough to enroll in elementary school, Seth and Toya decided it might be time to have another baby. Shortly thereafter, they were the proud parents of another set of twin girls. Mia is Brave and Clumsy, and Katrina is a Couch Potato and Heavy Sleeper.
Seth and Toya celebrated their birthday on the same day. This year, Seth became an Elder, and Toya became a Mature Adult. Seth decided to retire on his birthday, so he could spend more time with his family. Toya decided it was time to fulfill one of her childhood dreams and joined Law Enforcement. On their birthday before elementary school, Irene became a Workaholic, and Aspen turned Lucky.
Toya is currently expecting another baby.

Seth spent his Young Adult life living a fairly meager existence, working hard and having very little time to socialize. Seth spent a considerable amount of time in his garden, growing produce to sell at the local Supermarket.\r\n\r\n
Seth was taught the value of a good investment early in life. He sacrificed his own happiness (by not upgrading his run-down home furnishings) in order to save enough money to become a partner in the Supermarket. With the money he was making from his shares in the Supermarket, he also managed to become a partner in the Bookstore.\r\n\r\n
Early in his adult life, Seth took a job in the Science career track and advanced quickly (not surprising, considering he is a Genius and a Computer Whiz). Then one day while he was on his lunch break, Seth was approached by a man in a suit offering him a job as a Gene Therapist in the Medical career track. Seth was quite happy as an Aquatic Ecosystem Tweaker, but couldn\'t refuse the opportunity to help people and potentially save lives as a Gene Therapist.\r\n\r\n
Everyone at the hospital loves Seth, as he is very Friendly and quite Brave. His talent for Logic and natural charisma enabled him to become a World Renowned Surgeon.
Now that Seth is at the top of his field, he has more free time to get out and meet new people.\r\n\r\nFor several weeks in a row, Seth spent Saturday and Sunday mornings at Central Park and the Bookstore, trying to meet new people. He would then go home and throw a party for all of his new friends. Some of these parties were more successful than others, the least successful of them was attended by exclusively family members, leaving Seth with no opportunity to meet a potential mate.\r\n\r\n
Seth met Toya Mead when she was a Teen, and the moment he set eyes on her, he knew she was the one. He made sure to invite her to each of his house parties, and they soon became best friends. \r\n\r\nWhen Toya graduated from High School, no one cheered louder than Seth, who had a ring in his pocket and was ready to propose marriage. Toya and Seth had a short (almost non-existent) engagement, and then had a private wedding. They are now about to be expecting their first child.\r\n\r\n
Before he proposed, Seth moved into a new house that would be large enough to start a family.\r\n\r\n

(note: To make sure Seth moved out with no money I had him use the \'move\' action on his cell phone. I moved him into a tiny house I had built for him, but I left the rich Pimintel family as my active household. After he moved, I changed my active household to Seth in his tiny new house.)
Unfortunately for Seth, extreme poverty isn\'t his only challenge. Since his father was so promiscuous, most of the female Sims in town are related to him somehow.
Seth is not allowed to raid private gardens.
Seth is allowed to harvest public gardens.
Seth is allowed to rummage through trash and sell anything of value.
Seth is allowed to collect and sell collectibles.
Seth is not allowed to marry rich (if he can help it.)
Seth is not allowed to date maids (it\'s just too easy.)

After the Lifetime Wish Challenge was over I decided to move Roland Pimintel out on his own. As an independently wealthy bachelor, he had a lot of free time on his hands. Roland made friends very easily, and loved to throw parties, and soon he was best friends with just about everyone in town.
Since it had been his Lifetime Wish to be a Heartbreaker, he decided to ramp up his lifestyle, and see how many Sims he could Try for Baby with. Unfortunately for the female Sims in town, Roland had the Fertility Lifetime Reward, so he was prone to creating twins.
By the time he was a well-aged Elder, Roland had crept into the beds of almost all of the female Sims in town, having more than 70 children in all. (note: this figure is approximate, there were so many children that some had to move out of town, and I lost count.)
Then one day Roland met a girl that would make him settle down and change his ways. Roberta had just graduated from High School when she attended one of Roland\'s parties. She was attracted to him and felt special when he spent a good portion of the party paying attention to her. Roland married Roberta quickly, and they soon had a set of twins, Seth and Conrad. Then another set of twins, Ingrid and Lillian. And a final set of twins, Davion and Jackson.
Roland spent his final days taking care of his new children. He passed away teaching Davion how to walk...leaving Roberta alone to juggle her career in Law Enforcement with caring for her children.
Seth and Conrad just had their Young Adult birthday, Ingrid, Lillian, Davion, and Jackson are all Teens.
