I was having a lot of crashing issues. My game launcher was not working and the DEP was closing my game. Even after I had my husband turn off DEP for all my Sims 3 stuff, it still wasn\'t working. I finally realized that a probably critical patch wasn\'t working because my antivirus thought it was a worm and wouldn\'t go through. I know, I know. You\'re supposed to turn it off when installing. I never did and didn\'t have a problem. Not anymore. Yesterday I systematically uninstalled everything and reinstalled all of my Sims 3 stuff. As frustrating as it was it was also depressing. I had a family I was playing which was me and my husband. I spent a long time and effort playing them. It almost feels like a death. A bit melodramatic I know but Sims 3 is one of my only two hobbies.
