Happy Christmas to all my friends here at the Sims 3. Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous New Year too. Rozee
\r\n

I just had to make a story with the Sims 3, I have been wanting to make one for a while now. I have really missed the story telling feature that came with the Sims 2!
\r\nI took the bull by the horns today and decided to give it a go on this site. I toy\'d with the idea of getting a blog site but all this stuff is new to me and so much to learn and take in. It is very time consuming.
\r\nIt has been a nightmare doing my first story! It took quite a while to upload all my pictures first and then several hours have gone by just writing it. I guess I need to use it more and get more practice which I certainly will be doing if I continue with my story. My second part went very badly. After getting everything just as I wanted the story didn\'t save and bumped me back to my Sim Page! I had to start all over again! Everything was lost, apart from my uploaded pictures. I\'m trying to keep the stories short just in case I encounter a problem and need to re-write it.
\r\nIt really has been a learning curve and a very frustrating one but I did it! lol! Hopefully things will be better the now I have two stories under my belt. I have learned a lot but there\'s not much I can do about lost internet connections and stories not saving. The biggest problem is not being able to save a draft or a different copy that you can work from before publishing. I always backed up my Sims 2 stories before working on them or uploading them
\r\nI hope you will enjoy reading my first story parts 1/2. It has taken me all day to post them with the problems of saving and having to re-write them!
\r\nLook out for more coming soon, Rozee

Sleep Overs rarely happen properly as the guest quite often tries to stay awake all night even though there may be several cosy unused beds available. On this occasion the guest was a child and even though the host asked him to \"go to bed\" he was determined to stay up all night, lol! This is the first time I have seen a child crashed out on the floor in my game with a sleepover, some how they manage to make it through the night before leaving in the morning. Not on this occasion though!
\r\n \r\nI have also had a lot of chuckles when Sims get \"Bored to Death\" with another Sim in the neighbourhood. This is another way Sims can \"crash out\"! In Sunset Valley the biggest culprit for doing this to Sims was Bessie Clavell. When she died Tori Kimura took over the role. I have also experienced this in WA. In Egypt it was Sanaa Madbuuli.
\r\n
One of the things I like is finding out things for myself in the game.
\r\nWhen my Sim was practicing breaking boards and the Space Rock. The first time he did this in China it spawned a few rocks. Little did I know that one of these rocks would be very useful when I found one of my Sim cursed! http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x160/RozeeS_photos/Sims%203%20WA/RocksSpawned.jpg
\r\nMy Sims have fished up or found lots of gnomes in WA. I was disappointed that the ones my Sim fished up in China were of the normal Sleeping Gnome, the type you can buy from the Decorative Items, although these ones were dressed in white. I was amused to find some different kind of Gnomes too with an international theme. A Chinese Gnome that does Sim Fu poses and another from Egypt. I\'m wondering if there\'s a French Gnome I haven\'t found one yet.

\r\nOne of my favourite things in WA is the Sim Fu. I just love it. The moves look stunning when your Sim becomes skilled. This is my Teen Sim sparring in a Contest with a Local Sim. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x160/RozeeS_photos/Sims%203%20WA/SimFuSparring1.jpg
\r\nThe new types of fish are very colourful. I love the Dragon Fish which you can see breathing fire under the water. Here I have reproduce it on an Omni Plant. You get to see just how colourful the fish looks. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x160/RozeeS_photos/Sims%203%20WA/DragonFish1.jpg
\r\nHere\'s my Teen Sim with his King Cobra. On this occasion not only did he get a good moodlet from a snake kiss but a bad moodlet from a snake in the face bite too. Guess that serves him right for showing off to the foreign travellers and his \"charming\" skills! I was playing with another family Sim at the time and just managed to snap this picture in time. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x160/RozeeS_photos/Sims%203%20WA/KingCobraBite.jpg
\r\nLastly the Special Axe that smashes those big boulders in the game. When I saw this picture it reminded me of The Sims Castaway Stories. In that game there was a Staff which wielded a great power and this picture reminded me of that game.
