After more than a year of total frustration and using many magic words, my game launcher continued to defy me and would not let me play. Tearfully, I sailed my game discs across the yard like shining Frisbees and gave up...for a while. Months went by as I wracked my brain trying to figure out why after updating my game it all just stopped working. Finally I just decided that it was my fault somehow and left it alone. A couple of weeks ago I thought I'd give it one last try to fix it and entered into a chat session with an Origin techie. By the time the chat was over, my game was working again.
I went back to school to get my Bachelor's so my time is limited but when I do have a few minutes to spare, I continue to work for the families of missing people. It's a cause that tugs at my heart. It's important that we don't forget those who left home one day and seemingly vanished. The missing left loved ones who wake up every day hoping and praying that they will find their missing or someone will provide a tiny piece of information to help locate the missing person. It is for these people that I work.
