The forums are down. Shock! Surprise! heheheh. So, can\'t believe I\'ve been using an EA sim for my game in any way. I wiped out the town and Jamie was the only one left. Now it\'s filling up again with more EA sims, but all of Jamie\'s roomies are mine from other games. It seems unfair to put her out after all she\'s done for me, so she gets to stay. The four of them made ice sculptures of one another yesterday. That was a hoot. Jamie couldn\'t get that one right. It took her three tries to get one of Yvonne. The first one turned out to be a goblin, and the second one shattered. Finally, the third one turned out right and I shut it down and went to bed. Now I\'m just waiting for Pets. I have it preordered so I can have the pet store and whatever other little goodies are in the limited edition. I won\'t install it until Twallan updates his mods though, so no big rush on that. I can\'t get this game to run without Nraas. He\'s my hero. Mine and everyone else\'s, yeah? I can see why some people don\'t want to add anything to their games, but I don\'t get why so many are so afraid to use his mods when there\'s nothing but good being said about them. Moving on ... maybe the forums are back up. Maybe.

The forums are down again. Probably some ploy to get us to spend our weekend and our cash in their store. I\'ve been lot-hopping for the past couple of weeks. So many builds in the works and just can\'t bring myself to finish any of them. Jamie has moved a few friends into the Nectary with her to help with the gardening and painting. This one is meant to be a tomb at some point, but we need goodies to put in the treasure chests. Jamie is chief nectar-maker, since her paintings are always too weird for words. I also have a barn renovation going, as well as the others mentioned in a previous post. I\'m just not that into it today. Maybe it\'s the steaks that have me so distracted. Gonna be a good dinner.
I'm about to choke a sim.

Jamie Jolina. No matter what I do with her, all she can think about is skinny dipping. I\'ve changed her traits til there\'s nothing left of her original personality, and still, all she wants to do is throw off her clothes and jump in the water. Maybe it\'s just a universal thing we can\'t get rid of now, but I\'ve never had a sim before that was this intent on it. At the moment I\'m mainly using her to play-test lots - we\'ve got three in the works and move back and forth at whim. The first is a modern build with a split level living room on the second floor. I\'m not really into modern, but I saw something on the creative forum and had to try it. Mine looks nothing like it. :) The second house is more traditional, and is still basically a shell with big ideas. The third is the one I\'ve been concentrating on the most. It\'s the first Victorian I\'ve built in years, and I\'ve really been enjoying it. I can\'t get a staircase to suit me, so Jamie and I are hanging out here while I try to work out that little puzzle. Going back to it now.
