Hey everyone, I\'ve uploaded another lot to the exchange...

I got tired of downloading so many supposed \"stater homes\" off of the exhange or MTS and they turn out to cost way more than what a sim starts off with in Sims 3.  So I\'ve decided to start a line of sim homes that all cost under \u00A716,000 furnished.

\r\n

The one I uploaded first is very cute and the yard has some landscaping and it comes complete with a furnished living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom.  Plus it has a few extras like a tv, bookcase, easel, and guitar so your simmies can start building skill points.

I hope you and your sims enjoy it as much as I do!

Hey, I\'ve got a new sim cutie for the month of October...

\r\n

I made another sim hunk named Lucian Larke, I was originally going to give him the last name of Clark, but I realized how much I\'ve been over using last tnames that start with \"C\" so I dropped off the \"C\" and added an \"E\" on the ended taking Clark and Larke and ta dah... problem solved. LOL

I hope you and your simmies like him as much as I do! :)
