Very easy!  I was quite pleased how user friendly this program is.  Simple and to the point.  No having to go through your library then getting into your Package Editor.  (I prefer s3pe over Postal).  This edits the sims3pack file type and does only one thing.  Changes your pictures.  Pretty easy.

Now about my new avatar.  It\'s my sim self, which I\'ve used for tutorial purposes.  I made a custom mask, using my own face, to skin over the sim face.  Which you can go to my blog to download the mask, along with the PSD work file and example DDS images.

This\r\nlovely Geisha mask is created exclusively for the neighborhood project\r\nSanshi-Suimei at Builder\'s Boulevard. There will be more in this series\r\nall for this project. If you want to download it, you\'ll have to go\r\ncheck out the project first. Hopefully, some of you will be interested\r\nin joining. We need more creators, as we are in the custom content\r\nphase. We\'re a community of Sims 3 builders, some architects and\r\nlandscapers or interior decorators. The project is in the first phase.

The\r\nface has 4 color channels. When all are set to white the make-up is red\r\naround eyes, face is white and iris is white/grey. The 4th channel is a\r\ntinting, it colors everything, so be careful with it, it was kinda a\r\nfluke. It was originally for eyeliner, but it seems to tint everything.

Everybody scream!

My very first holiday inspired custom content.  I hope you will enjoy.  The sims are available for download here on the Exchange, however, for custom content to appear in your game, you will need to download the package files from my blog.  (instructions for installation are posted there)
