My game is really lagging. I think I\'ve finally managed to overload it with sims. Just when the townie generations are beginning to change, I feel a need to start a new game. I think I\'ll keep a few sims and their names, maybe make them family somehow in CAS, and see what happens. I can\'t give Carter all 20 of his kids, but I can chose seven of them and let him get married later.
Same with Clancy and Daylen. They can keep their kids, and we can go from there.
There are also a few grandchildren I\'d like to keep around. We\'ll see how it goes.

There is a person in my Friend Request list who has her page hidden. If she would unhide it I would probably accept. I just don\'t think it\'s fair for someone to be able to come to other people\'s pages and not allow us into theirs.
Even after all my stupid drama about someone stealing my sim, I want to leave my page open and still feel comfortable sharing. Now that I\'ve been through it I guess it won\'t tick me off quite so badly if it happens again. I don\'t know. But I think most people are more decent or at least more aware than the few who are into claiming other people\'s stuff as their own. It could be something completely innocent in some cases, such as they just want to save these things for their own games for later. For that I suggest a thumb drive or CD.

Clancy Bodine married Anik Rousseau when I wasn\'t looking. He was one of my gene-pool-testers, but what the heck? He\'s still available when she isn\'t looking, right?
Clancy ran into Lambert Lambert in front of the theater one afternoon and got himself invited to the house. Lamby and the girls went to the park while Clancy visited with Jessica, who \"mysteriously\" had twin boys three days later. She named them Beau and Bradford.
Now I\'m back at Carter\'s house and he gossips to his daughter that Anik has twins as well. I\'d had her all set up to \"try for baby\" with Daylen, but she got out of bed and got a baby bump before he could lay a hand on her, so these twins are also Clancy\'s. Probably. If they aren\'t it had nothing to do with me.
They\'re girls, named Janie and Beverly. Cool. They\'ll be growing up to be children in a minute. I can\'t deal with the forever baby and toddler stuff.
Yep, I\'ve just checked, and they are Clancy\'s. He has ten kids now. When did that happen? Only two of them are with his wife. They live in a really cool house that I downloaded. It\'s called Casa Barrigan. I can\'t remember who built it, but I love it.
So much for a wedding ...

I was planning to go back and have Carter and Mara throw a wedding party. I just got a pop-up saying they\'ve gone ahead without me. Gratz to the happy couple.

Glitch

I changed households a while ago and got a message that someone in my former household had moved in with his girlfriend. That someone was Lucas, who is a teen, and his girlfriend is Elisha, also still a teen. I went to check them out, and they are married, living in Daylen\'s old place, and going to school. Luke still has his part-time job. They can\'t use any but teen romantic interactions.
While I was playing them (had been there for about a day), another message popped up. Luke\'s sister Tawanda had moved into a house with her boyfriend, Morty Goth. He is now Morty Kelsey. Also no more than teen romantic interactions.
I have the Indie Stone, which could be responsible. I went back and read the d.e.s.c.r.i.p.t.i.o.n. again and didn\'t see anything about this in it. (for some reason that word will not print.)
It also could be that I\'ve had the same game going for so long. After a while they tend to get glitchy, especially if you\'ve spent most of your time with the same family. Kind of like Legacy lots in TS2. The longer it lasted, the bigger the glitches got.
I\'ve spent ages with Carter Newton, first as a single stud about town, and lately as the man who will eventually marry Mara. I meant to have a wedding when the next Saturday rolled around, and then got caught up in another family for a few days.
Anyway, I had just started these two young couples dating when I left their lot to check on some other families. The other two kids in the house are still there and still single, as far as I can tell.
Back to the game ...
Nope.

One of my sims rolled a wish to congratulate Holly on her wedding. I had no idea Holly was dating anyone, so I sent Carter next door to visit with her today. It turns out she\'s married to his son Jerod!
Of course, Carter felt right at home immediately and began to flirt with his new daughter-in-law. Dog. And wouldn\'t you know it, one of her daughters was skipping school and walked in on them. Carter had a lot of apologizing to do, and then I sent his sorry butt home.
He\'s been engaged to Mara for ages now, and has been faithful for the most part. He flirts, but he gets nowhere with it. It took me forever and a day to get them moved in together. Every time I set it up (romantic date at the Bistro, serenading in her garden, etc), she made a mad dash for the door and hit the trail. Finally I took matters into my own hands and just put him in her house.
Three of her kids are his. Ti-Ning is Clancy\'s, but he never comes around. He and Anik live on the other side of them, way out in the country, so you would think there would at least be a howdy now and then.
Anyway, that\'s my excitement in the game today.
I\'m still a little ****** at \"Analyst\" for stealing my sim, but #1, there\'s no PM to say so, and #2, he/she is Russian and might not understand me anyway.
\"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.\" Does that include downright blatant theft?
Hmph!

I uploaded some of Carter\'s kids during the night. Already one of them (Yvonne) has over 100 hits. Actually, I think Elisha is Clancy\'s daughter. It\'s so hard to keep up. But these two and Jerod have the same mother, Darnette Bodette.
I\'ve been going around to all the houses, growing up babies and such. After every two or three houses I save, but the last one didn\'t take. I had to go back in and grow up 3 toddlers and 2 children, but I didn\'t bother to dress most of them this time. So what if one of the boys is wearing pink sneakers? Maybe he likes pink. I did change the hair color of one of the girls. It was a kind of sickly green. Yvonne had it too, when she became a child. It seems like there was one other who\'s done that. Interesting. Carter\'s hair is kind of golden-blond. Yvonne\'s mother\'s hair is almost white blond, and Paige\'s mother is Jenna Boyles, with black. Dang, I forgot to have Jenna and Max(?) try for baby before I left this time. He wants to raise five kids, and they\'ve only got four. Two of them are even his.

And yes, I remember that Elisha is Clancy\'s kid, because she and Lucas are going steady. They aren\'t related, but they have siblings who are. I think they met when Lisha came home from school with Tawanda one day. Again, Luke and Lisha are not related.
Tawanda is in the park at this very moment with her boyfriend Morty Goth. We gave Bella every chance in the world and she never made a move on the boy.
Okay, I\'m going back to the game.

Yvonne is the mother of Carter\'s twin granddaughters, Rachel and Katy. The game named them as well.
This is such a huge stretch for me. In TS2 I never left the house. Now I\'m just having a blast playing with genetics and roaming around the neighborhood. It\'s also been interesting to see how some of the kids have turned out without my interference. Carter met Celeste after work one night and \"learned that Celeste is friendly\". He took her home and she scared the crap out of both of us. She\'s got some pretty rotten traits. If my game holds up I\'ll investigate her further. It\'s really lagging now and takes forever to load and save.
Something else I\'ve noticed is that, left alone to SP, some of these folks can\'t dress themselves.
