Coming Soon: the Stately Townhouse

A townhouse used to be a home that the nobility kept \"in town\" as opposed to the large family country estate.  A smaller but still lovely city base for attending events and dealing with business and politics.  This is a Second Empire townhouse that has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths over 3 floors.  A formal dining room, astronomy patio, fishing pond, and fireplace in the large master suite are a few additional feaures.  Amazingly on a small 20x30 lot, so it will go just about anywhere...and as always NO CC.  Should be done in next couple days...my Ruthy avi is playtesting it right now. :)

 
Coming Soon..the Good Witch Victorian

When I originally made the Witches Hat Victorian, I envisioned two versions: the \"bad witch\" version, all creepy and worn out and then the \"good witch\" version.  The Good Witch Victorian is the light and bright version of the house...the home of perhaps a benevolent mother nature type of witch. I hope to have it all ready in the next couple of days.  So if Witches Hat was a little too scary for your neighborhood, this might be the lighter version for you. :)

A spooky lair perfect for the neighborhood witch or vampire is ready for download!  4br, 3ba, formal dining, parlor, study, three fireplaces and tons of atmosphere.  The perfect set for Halloween photoshoots and stories, too.

 
Friend Requests and another new lot!

First off, I have a bunch of friend requests that I am having a hard time accepting.  When I try to accept some of them I get an error message :(.  Will keep working on it.

 

Secondly, I have another new lot that will be ready this weekend. It is a \"budget\" build.  I find that there is a need in my town for some homes that have more room that a starter but are still fairly cheap.  Sometimes sims\' households grow faster than the family funds.  So this cozy home has 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths, plus a study...fully furnished for under $40k.
