Top floor:

a small exercise room

 

Second floor

Five bedrooms, 3 baths, and overlooks the living room below

 

First floor:

One bedroom, living/sitting room, family room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen/dining,and also a formal dining room, office and a two car garage.

 

In the back/side is a play area and a pool.

 

This lot sits on a 60x60 plot of land. It would look best on lot that meets the road inthe front, and on the left side because of the two car garage.

 

 

Furnished is 275,188

Unfurnished is 157,186

 

I only used two items that are 25 sim points each from the store:

 

Reach for the Heavens table flower thingy that came with the new Zen Again set. 25 sim points by itself.
