New House: Sea Side Shanty

Sea Side Shanty is my newest build and I\'ve just uploaded it to the exchange. It\'s on a 20x20 lot, basically a shack on the beach that has rusty tin siding (from the salty sea air) and a tin roof, I\'m sure your Sims who aren\'t trying to \'impress\' will be happy to call this their \"Home Sweet Home\".
I also want to give a Big Thank You to my beau Ronin2rx for taking the time out of his busy day to make me my cover shot(s) , I love the pics and you\'re the best!

As always I appreciate all who download and rec my creations.
I thought I would throw up a few other pics of when I sent my Sim Aiden to play test the house. He ate some ice cream and left the container on the table, sigh men. I decided to take some pic\'s anyway, but then thought if he lit the fireplace it would make the room look cozier. So after he lit the fireplace I sent him off to fish so I could take pics.
He came back hungry so of course it\'s always good to make sure the stove works.
Forgot all about the fireplace and then this happens ...ohhh I guess I forgot to put in a fire alarm, thanks for catching that Aiden. So he has to dial 911.
The firefighter showed up quickly and put out the fire so I had him get to know her ...
Yes, Aiden tell her how you like the color black.
hmmm then suddenly Aiden gets a funny look on his face ...
How\'s about we get a close up shot of that face, hmmm?
...see it\'s good to have a firefighter hang-out!
See no harm done he\'s just a little crispy and besides, he does like the color black.
Hey Ro, here\'s the pic over the bed.
Here\'s a shot of the house I took before it was completed. It\'s a night shot and I just thought it was a pretty pic of the house.

...you have to wonder sometimes about the \"friends\" you make on this site. How real are they? Will you ever meet in RL? If not, does it make the relationship more a fantasy

Wow, it\'s the first of August already! Where has the time gone?? This year is already more than half over and it seems like it was just yesterday that it had just begun. This summer\'s extremely hot
