This house was a ton of fun to \"simmize\".  I really like Donald A. Gardener designs.  Check out the master suite - the bathroom is to die for!  Wish I had one like that.  With your own decorating touches it will be your sims\' favorite spot.  (Ok maybe not, but it would be if they were really alive!)  My other favorite feature is the \"loft\" upstairs.  I love looking over the railing to the first floor!  The loft could easily be expanded a bit to actually have a sitting area if you wanted, without detracting from the \"open\" feel.

The basement is completely open to do with as you will.  Don\'t mess with the stairs, is my advice - they were a PAIN to get right and actually usable by sims!

After I uploaded a found a wall I forgot to paint, and the garage floor is still grass.  Oops!  Sorry \'bout that, but you\'ll put your own designs down anyway :).

Hope you like it!

I\'ve been playing Sims for years, and I got a bit involved in the Sims 1 creators\' community, but not at all in 2, and just now started making \"sharable\" houses for 3.  I won\'t touch new meshes - too much time and work involved, kudos to those of you who make those beautiful new things! - but I am enjoying the houses and maybe I\'ll get into patterns someday.

Most of my houses will be based on home designs found in magazines.  I love looking through those!  I strive to not put any CC in them - I don\'t even have it in my game - except Store items.  Even then, the design won\'t rely on those, so if you don\'t have them don\'t worry.  I minimally decorate, usually, and leave a lot of landscaping open so you can expand and create as you wish!

Hope you enjoy, and if you find problems or have other comments please feel free to let me know!
