The Happily Ever After Cottage

My latest build is a home fit for a fairytale. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house on a 30x30 lot and sells for around 41,500 furnished. It has a pond, small stream and pool. Sweetwater Texas Log Cabin

I finally completed my Sweetwater Texas Log Cabin and uploaded it to the exchange. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outhouse. It\'s nicely landscaped and also has a pond, a windmill and a barn. If you download any of my Mod Spots patterns and don\'t see it in the game, you can download one of my Mod Spots beds (or other object that has that pattern on it), which includes the pattern in the download. Custom patterns that you find on the exchange under \"Patterns\" will not work in your game. You can only download custom patterns with objects. Abe's Little Log Cabin

I just uploaded my latest lot. It\'s a 1 bedroom, 1 bath starter with a fireplace for under 16k. It\'s based on my Little River Log Cabin, and is smaller. It uses some of the same decor and has decent landscaping for a starter.
