Wow so it\'s been quite a while since I posted here, but I\'ve been distracted and not simming as much as I wanted to.
Generations is everything it promised to be, I\'ve only just explored the Daycare profession recently and I love it!! :D The imaginary friends take a lot of getting used to, but I do love the memories side as you could probably tell by the amount of memories I have on my page lol!
The reason I\'m here posting today is because of Pets!! Just watched the broadcast and boy does it look amazing, I may never move from my laptop again lol! They look so realistic, and we can teach them tricks, and did I mention the Horses, and the Unicorn!! I did take a few pics, I wanted to take more but I was having issues with my computer, but I\'m sure they\'ll put the video up soon enough for us all to salivate over lol!
Create-A-Pet has improved since the Sims 2, we can add layers of fur but we can move it around, that we could never do, and rotate, so we can create any pet we can imagine, you can only create adult Pets in the PC version, but I heard that in the Console version you can create puppies/kittens etc, check out Snooty as usual for all the information about that!
Just checked SimGuruGraham\'s Twitter, the video of the chat should be up here at some point, not sure when, they\'re talking about the Sims Medieval Pirates expansion atm lol.
I\'m really excited for Pets, I\'ve been waiting and waiting for Pets for ages, the usual limitations are in place - only 6 pets per household and maximum of 10 sims & pets, but that\'s still plenty!! I like that the Pets don\'t have careers (they do in the Console) that the only way they can earn money is by entering them into shows, and I think one of the first things I\'ll be doing is getting my Sim\'s horse show-jumping, I want to see a sim have their pants catch on fire when they go over a certain jump lol! Plus to have them go riding through the lovely new town:

All new buildings and I only just caught this as they were zooming in, all around all the buildings are fields and hills, perfect for horses to gallop along!! :D
And here\'s the Unicorn, this is SimGuruGraham\'s Unicorn, such an amazing creature, glittery stars follow it as it runs, it really does look magestical:

It can apparently start fires to ward off intruders, I think that\'s what someone said, that was when I started having issues with my laptop and its screenshotting ability lol!
Well I\'m gonna load my Sims I think, I\'ve really missed not playing, Sims Social is amazing on facebook, but it\'s just not the same as the real Sims lol! :D
