I\'ve uploaded another community lot to the exchange...

I\'m not truely 100% happy with this lot, but figured I\'d share it with you anways, it\'s a community pool I\'ve created and used the Sims 3 Store Set \"Tiki\", which I\'ve always found kinda hard to use and while it\'s not a complete distaster, I\'m not really thrilled with this lot and will probaby either revamp it or just start completely over.

I hope you and your simmies like this lot though! :)

I finally uploaded another lot to the exchange...

Instead of creating yet another sim house, I decided to create my first park and only my second community lot.  I based it on \"The Lake\" park in the Sims 3 for iPhone/iPod, but improved for the PC version of Sims 3.  It features the same lake with a couple of fishing bridge and the fountain, but I\'ve added a playground, picinic areas, sign on each corner of the park, along with additional trees, plants, and chess tables.

I\'ve another great simmie for you all...

This one is Margot Steel and she\'s my Legacy Sim, she\'s just a great sim.  First I made her very pretty, but not the \"fake\" looking pretty she looks like a girl-nextdoor-type and has great traits like Neat, Family-Oriented, Athletic, Natural Cook, Hopeless Romantic.  She currently has married my favorite EA-Made Sim, Christopher Steel.  In my game they\'re currently expecting and she\'s due to give birth at anytime, I can\'t wait my first sim baby!

Hey everyone, I just uploaded another one of my super cute sim hunks again.  His name is Marty Mason and he\'s just young, hip, trendy, and cute... he\'s basically just a good guy with some childish and ambitious traits, but he loves the outdoors and he\'s a bit on the easily impressed side too.

I bring another sim to the exchange...

I\'m a bit late in updating my blog as I uploaded this simmie quite a few days ago actually, I think it was 08/03 to be exact.  His name is Max Mayr and he\'s the first teen I\'ve uploaded to the exchange... I had originally created his family (a father I downloaded from MTS and his mother a pre-made in CAS) and moved them into Sunset Valley, but Simon began a relationship with him and he\'s quite enjoyable (he\'s got evil and insane as traits) and acts very, very odd.... so I thought I\'d share him on the exchange with you all.

Okey Dokey... a couple more sim hunks added today!

I made two more very different sims today, first I made Kim Wong is a very ripped boney asian hunk, whose into martial arts and very stylish and cute.

Second is Lucas Rowling, he\'s a cute \"husky\" guy with a nice, casual fashion sense to him.  Even though he\'s a bit of a couch potato he\'s a workaholic when it comes to his career.

OK... more simmies uploaded by me today! YAY!

I had someone ask me why I don\'t make \"larger weight\" simmies and I couldn\'t give them answer.  I know many overweight people, but never thought about making overweight sim males. 

So that all changed today, I decided to make a cute, nice homosexual couple, Ian and Chris Larkin; and to go with a complete opposite feel with them both.  Ian has tan skin, black hair, stylish in dress, and a very \"husky\" build while his partner Chris is pale, blond hair, more casual in dress, and a very \"boney\" build.  Plus I made their traits pretty different too!  I made them available both individually as well as a household.

OK... once again, I\'ve got another sim hunk uploaded to the exchange.

This time he\'s a bit of a \"pretty boy\" whose a bit of snob, his name is Kevin Costas and he loves the color pink if you can\'t tell.  He\'s got at least 1 pink item on in all of his clothing choices, LOL.
