Sometimes as a writer I go after interviews with prominent people in the field of the paranormal.
Back in 1993 a movie came out called Fire in the Sky. It was about a team of loggers who had an encounter with a UFO. One of those men was Travis Walton. The movie revolves around events that Travis is said to have experienced because of the encounter.
The actor that portrayed Travis is D.B. Sweeney.
When I asked Travis for an interview yesterday, I didn\'t expect to hear back so soon, and expected even less that the interview would happen so quickly! I have 24 hours to prepare! Ahhh! :P
Anyway that means no Sims until after I conduct this interview tomorrow lol <=(
I was totally messing around with CAW too!
I will post the link to the interview once I get it uploaded though. =)

As a writer for a couple paranormal websites, and a liker of all things spooky, my Youtube channel is pretty much spooky related stuff.

I also have an old Cherokee saying there, it is one of my favorite stories ever. I try to live by the words in the story. I wanted to share it with you.
Cherokee Wisdom
An old Cherokee was teaching his grandson about \r\nlife.
\'A fight is going on inside me\', he said to the boy. \'It \r\nis a terrible fight, and it is between two wolves.
One is evil -\r\n he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, \r\nresentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
He\r\n continued. The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity,\r\n humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, \r\ncompassion, and faith.
\'The same fight is going on inside you and\r\n inside every other person too.\'
The grandson thought about it \r\nfor a minute and then asked his grandfather, Which wolf will win?
The\r\n old Cherokee simply replied, \'The one you feed.\'
Now for Sims stuff.
I am working on a new lot, it will be very big. It is a request, and I hope to have it completed by the end of the week.
I also have a new sim bleh :P she is being set aside until I finish the lot. I tried to make her sort of a tropical exotic sim, but I don\'t use custom sliders or any custom content, so I did the best I could. I am not a great sim maker lol <=)

Ghost House screens and lot file size

I guess I just wanna say, that I use the uic from Zinda\'s Golden Sims to change the images in my lots. One of the benefits besides adding better screenshots, is decreasing the lot size significantly. For example, Ghost House was over 6 mbs before I changed the screens. Changing 9 out of the 11 available default screenshots for the upload to blank images, (just pngs saved as 512x512 with nothing there, decreased the file size by over 4 mbs! So that is 4 more mbs I have left for storage here.
Screens posted for stories, since they are so small, don\'t take much space. Which is trippy, because if you go into your Sims3/screenshot folder, (this is where the pictures you take in game are stored.) you will see that each screenshot is VERY big, High resolution, and almost a mb each. =/
Anyways that is how I am able to decrease the file size of this lot, and others if I choose to do that.
If you want to try this program that is so easy, a llama could use it blindfolded, click here .
