Okay dokey... I\'ve got another simmie uploaded to the exchange.

This time, it\'s another sim beauty named Sharice Monteau and she\'s a lovely sim whose got a very stylish look to her.  She\'s become a very popular lady with many sim hunks trying to get her attention in my Sunset Valley.

OK... I\'ve created another lot, I know it\'s been quite awhile since I\'ve done one.

On this Sims 3 it\'s suppose to be just as it sounds a small house perfect for a single sim, it\'s a perfect start home I think. I did keep things very small, but with the simple floorplan it should be pretty easy for your sim to expand as needed. I tried to make sure that it had all the items needed to grow in skill points.

It has a bookcase, art easel, treadmill, tv, guitar, stereo, computer, and a bike and rack for transportation. It has the basics in a full bathroom but it only has a shower and no tub and the kitchen doesn\'t have a stove yet, but your sim can still prepare and eat some foods for now till more skill points. The living room and bedroom only feature single sim comforts for now with 1 arm chair and a twin bed, but that helped keep costs way down.

I hope your sims like the Singleton as much as mine do! :)

OK, I\'ve got a pair of two new sim hunks to share...

First is Brett Gleck and he\'s your average build, cute, alternative/slacker guy whose a computer junkie.  He\'s got the traits of Excitable, Childish, Computer Whiz, Friendly, and Good Sense Of Humor.

Second is Blayne Lopze and he\'s your thin/lanky emo guy whose a total rockstar in his head.  He\'s got the traits of Party Animal, Charismatic, Artistic, Virtuoso, and Genius.

They live together as roomates in one of the trailers in Riverview in game at least.

OK, looks like a busy weekend for me simming...

As I\'ve created another simmie for the exchange, this time it\'s a very pretty gal named Stacy Summers and she\'s just your all around casually dressed \"girl nextdoor\" type with some very friendly traits like Friendly, Charismatic, Virtuoso, Good Sense Of Humor, and Artistic so she should blend nicely into anyone\'s hood and be a great friend to any of your simmies.

Hey, I just created my first commerical lot for the game...

I wasn\'t sure what to create since we don\'t have cash registers yet in the game, and Sunset Valley practically had everything a sim could need like a gym, library, museum, park, etc... but then it \"hit me\" that there wasn\'t an internet cafe\' and ta dah... the birth of \"Megabytes Internet Cafe\" :)

OK... I\'ve uploaded three new simmies to the exchange and they couldn\'t be more different!

First, I uploaded Lindsey Bowers and she\'s your very pretty \"girl nextdoor\" type with long hair, freckles, and in great shape.  But she\'s a bit of a snob.

Second, I uploaded Marney Livingston and she\'s a very beautiful, stylish, plus-sized gal whose just a gal with the \"good trait\" plus a few no-so great traits trying to live life.

And finally I have Mark Collins, your \"all american\" type whose good looking, in shape whose a \"hopeless romantic\" looking for love and to live his life.

OK... I\'ve updated my self simmie again

I know, I know... but they say the third time is the charm so I still wasn\'t 100% happy with my 2nd attempt at a self sim, so I modded him a slight bit and whatever was off was gone, because now he looks exactly as I wanted and I\'m happy with him, so I can say he really is the final version.

This time I created a female simmie, she\'s just your standard cute \"girl nextdoor\" type with easy traits to help develop her along in your game like neat, lucky, green thumb, natural cook, etc...

Okay, more sim studs have arrived...

I\'ve uploaded three new sim cuties for the exchange, today.  First is another recreation of one of my Sims 2 characters from my \"Young Family Saga\" this time I\'ve created the husband of Simon\'s sister, Bethany.  His name is Cypher Hamilton and he isn\'t 100% the same as his Sims 2 counterpart, but pretty dang close and much more attractive, I think at least!

Next are two new sim hunks, the first is Tobey whose a bodybuilder with a \"surfer dude\" look to  him and then I\'ve got Jeffery whose your typical \"boy-next-door\".

I created another simmie, a female this time and she\'s suppose to be a very trendy looking gal with lots of talent.  I think she came out beautiful and one of the prettiest female sims I\'ve seen in the game in my own opinion.

I\'ve got more simmies to share...

First a few days back I uploaded another cute simmie named, Jerome Cullen and he\'s not based on any Twilight character, I just used the last name because I liked how it went with his first name.

Second, I created a much more accurate self simmie.  I never liked the first one too much and since I changed my own hairstyle I figured it was the perfect time to update my self simmie too!
