News of My Irritance

I will admit at this point i\'m having a lot of technical issues with the sims 3.

I\'ve tried about a billion different things to fix the issues, but to no avail. I\'ve contacted customer support, and hoped that the patch for sims3 that came through last week would fix my problem, but it has not. They can\'t figure it out either.

\r\n

I was a victem of the \"Application has crashed, Applicatino will now terminate\" in the sims 2, however, i noticed the more RAM on my graphics card, the longer it took to crash.

\r\n

Now with the sims 3, it just goes bye bye. No message, No warning, Nothing..just blank screen and then thats it, desktop.

\r\n

I\'ve tried updating my graphics driver, I got a new graphics card today, still happening. I\'ve updated my sound drivers (on board sound, about to fix that in a few days with a new HT Omega sound card), My system runs very cool, under 100degrees F at full load, aftermarket cooler, and coolermaster chassis. idle temps are at about 85-90 degrees F. The highest i\'ve seen my graphics card get (old card) was 116 at full load during game play, and thats still not that hot for a graphics card..so... i know i\'m NOT overheating. Hottest CPU has gotten was 105 during game play....nowhere near not enough for cpu to fail (plus motherboard has an alarm that tells me if its overheating)

sooooo... the point of this blog is to see if by some strange chance, that someone out there knows why in the hell my game is crashing. if you do..please message me with ur email address..or email me at kidalia@ymail.com so if you think you have a clue let me know and i will send you my full system specs that i sent EA (i made a dxdiag file today after installing my new card)... i\'m just hoping that i can resolve the issue..cause it really sucks...it crashing makes it a bit hard for me to get anywhere with my people that i spend hours crafting and customizing., side note, it only happens in live mode, not in build/buy or create a sim...only LIVE mode.
