Pier 19_by ehaught58. Come see the best ocean views and enjoy the best sea food on the island. Eat at the restaurant downstairs, or dance to the sounds of the DJ upstairs. Sip on an exotic drink at the bar at the end of the pier while you enjoy the beautiful sunset with your date.....how romantic!

Update: Based on comments from other Simmers who have had problems placing this lot, here are a few things that will help you to place and play Pier 19. Originally, this lot was placed on Delmar Beach in the Starlight Shores neighborhood. I chose a 40x40 lot and placed it right on the edge of the ocean as far out in the surf as possible, so that most of the lot sits under water. If you place it further up on the shore the lot will sink into the beach, so make sure that you place it out into the ocean as far as the game will allow. Don't forget to change the lot type to Beach so it will be available to place the lot on. I tried this out to make sure that it works and if you follow these instructions, it should work for you, too.
