Game Guide Collector's Edition
POSTED ON 06/08/09

I decided, Sims 3 had way too much info for me to grasp and figure out on my own, so off I went to get the game guide. I picked up the hard cover collector\'s edition guide at Best Buy yesterday and despite the price tag of $29.99 it rung up $19.99 and another $3.00 off making it only $16.99 before tax. Now, I have no idea why the $3.00 off if it was a sale or because I havea  rewards card, but it\'s all cool.

All I have to say is WHOA! Like, I would never have thought of starting a ghost family that can actually reproduce o.O (Someone on the game staff reads an awful lot of fantasy romance novels, heh!) Or the various unique traits your kids can get if you get involved with the service sims...pyro time!

I also love the Sunset Valley map!

Now to find more time to play with this!

Patterns and items.

I love the ability to access all patterns when designing clothes. The tiles and house exteriors make for some interesting styles. I\'m trying to get more patterns up, but last night lokos like the site was having trouble with uploads for alot of people, and it crashed a couple of my patterns, will try again today.
Wow! Lots of downloads

Wow!

\r\n

I am in shock with the response to the designs I posted. So...many...downloads....

\r\n

I also learned if I post a sim with the hair color, its very good for promoting the hair color. Autumn Shades didn\'t do so good until I added Autumn the sim up for download. So, I\'m trying to make a sim for each hair color I have and future colors will have a sim loaded at the same time to show it off.

Hope everyone else is having fun!

Having fun with hair.

I haven\'t played too much of Sims 3 yet, I\'ve been enjoying the hair coloring system too much. I\'ve uploaded some of the hair choices I\'ve designed. I\'ll see how those fair in the exchange before loading more.
