I\'ve uploaded two different sim both named Zac/Zack...

First, is my first attempt at a sim of the super hearthrob, Zac Efron.  It\'s not perfect, but it\'s a good start and I plan on a second and much better version soon!

Second, is another one of my sims from Sims 2 getting an \"upgrade\" into Sims 3, since I already recreated both the Carroll and Young Families from my ongoing \"Young Family Saga\" that was set in Arbordale in Sims 2,  I created Zack Belcherne which is Shane\'s future brother-in-law, he\'ll evenutally marry Shane\'s sister Lisa if she\'s born in the Sims 3 version of that Legacy-Type story this go around.

I hope you like my Zac/Zack as much as I do! :)

I finally packaged a household, sort of...

I\'ve had a few people ask me why don\'t I use the household feature for some of my sims and I explained I package them indiviually so people can edit them in CAS before moving them in if they want to change traits, hair, etc...

Well... I went ahead and made a complete family of four, the Summers Family and I packaged them both indiviually as complete as a household so that way you all can do both... either edit them or use them complete as is immediately.

I made what one would call the \"perfect family stereo-type\", first we have Greg:  The dad is an aspiring doctor and wants to be a world reknown surgeon.  Next is Ashely:  The mom is a typical \"Donna Reed\" type loving to cook, keep a neat house, and very family oriented, followed by Rodney:  The very artistic teen, and laste is Liza: The computer whiz child.

Overall, they\'re a super cute family and hope you and your simmies enjoy them as much as I do!!  :)

OK... I\'ve created another cute little simmie,

His name is Ethan Darling and it is a failed attempt and creating a Zac Efron sim.  It didn\'t turn out to look like Zac enough and after awhile I gave up, called him Ethan and ta dah... LOL

Hopefully you and your sims will like him as much as I do! :)

Today I made another simmie...

This time I made a very pretty, yet normal looking female sim named Elizabeth \"Liz\" Robinson and she\'s a very friendly, good gal... much like the girl next door type.

I decided to upload a pair of brothers today...

I used the same base simmie to create them both, but they\'re not considered twins as I have tweaked both of their features enough that the only they\'re the exact same is they share the same hair, eye, and skintone colors. Trait wise they\'re both very brave, family-oriented, and very friendly, but other than that they\'re very different from each other.

Ramon is the younger brother who loves to likes to cook and is a bit easily impressed, his dream is to be surrounded by his family and of course he\'s gay and in my game has recently married his longtime boyfriend, Alec Martin.

Roger is the older brother and doesn\'t like to cook, but he\'s handy and has a good sense of humor and dreams of becoming an astronaut, oh and he\'s straight (in my game at least, lol).

I hope you enjoy the Sanchez Brothers as much as I do...  :)

I got extra ambitious today...

I went ahead and uploaded a second simmie today, this time I went with your typical nerdy/geeky type, but I made him super cute too.  So basically Edmund is a \"sexy geek\".

I\'ve uploaded two more items...

First, I made a new simmie it\'s my first female sim I named her Greenly Sprout and she\'s the closest thing I can create in Sims 3 to a Plant Sim (I really miss my creatures), but she\'s very cute and no surprise pocesses the Green Thumb trait, lol.

Also I uploaded another house, I call this one \"The Floridan\" and it\'s a very contemporary styled home with a very Miami feel to it and I just love it.  It\'s definately the best house I\'ve created for Sims 3 yet!

I made another lot...

Instead of going with another big, comtemporary mod-house, I went with a smaller style cottage.  It very quaint and cozy and perfect for either a sim couple or a single sim.  I decorated and fully furnished it and think it\'s perfect for a pair of grandparents/elder sims.  And I made sure that there\'s plenty of room in the backyard for a little vegetable garden!

I also \"revamped\" my previous two lots, The Duet and The Pinewood, orignally they came unfurnished, but I deleted the those versions and uploaded two new versions that are completely furnished as well.

I didn\'t remodel anything strutrucal, just furnished and decorated them to match the style of the homes.  :)

Yay, more uploads...

Last night I uploaded a new simmie, when playing Riverview for the very first time I decided to create an all original sim and that was the birth of Albert Russo.  His lifetime wish in my game is the be the \"Ruler of the Freeworld\" so he\'s working on that in the policital career path.

I also uploaded a new house \"The Pinewood\", it\'s based on a real floorplan I found at houseplans.com, I had to modify it a bit for it be be \"simable\" but I did it and it came out beautifully.  I love the \"outdoor living\" brought inside by the deck and massive screened in/windowed downstairs.

I can\'t believe how much I\'m loving Sims 3...  :)

It\'s taken me awhile to get use to the new CAS in Sims 3, but I finally succeeded in recreating my fave Sims 2 couple in the new game...

For anyone whose not familiar with them here\'s a quick summary of their existence, basically a huge snow and icestorm hit where
I live and my of us weren\'t able to leave our homes for 5-6 days. So snowed in, cuddled up in a quilt I began simming and created Shane and
he quickly became (and still is) my fave sim of all time. But he wasn\'t having in luck on finding a mate, so I created Simon especially for him
and they just \"clicked perfectly\".

Now, some of you know that Shane had a very \"distinctive\" bone structure when it came to his large, high cheekbones and very angular
chin, jawline, topped with a gottee. From what I can tell, it can\'t be taken to THAT of an extreme currently in Sims 3 and I tried, I went
through all the CAS features, numerous times. So in Sims 3 his appearance will be a bit more \"toned down\" and topped with a soul patch
instead, but he\'s still equally cute as ever!

Another plus is the personality/traits in Sims 3, unlike the very limited 12 personality/zodiacs we had in Sims 2 I was really able to create the
personalities that I always dreamed they had when playing Sims 2, for example I always imagined Simon as a tidy little perfectionist and now he
can actually be that!

I hope you enjoy them just a fraction of how much I\'ve enjoyed this couple for a long time now (from Sims 2 to now)... :)

Well... after several attempts, I finally made a house in Sims 3 that I feel confident enough in to share on the exchange.

I call it \"The Duet\" because the first thing you notice is the large two car garage, other than that it\'s a very modern styled, yet simple designed and functionality to it.  It has a medium sized kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.  Then a very large great room, garage, and huge patio with pool.

I hope you and your simmies like it as much as mine do!

I finally did it...

Just like I did with Sim 2 I decided to make a self simmie of myself and I must say that I did an \"okay\" job, it was a bit harder to get my facial features down but I did an okay job doing it and the hair does look almost exactly like my current hairstyle too! :)

I\'m so excited...

it\'s finally here, I picked up my Pre-Ordered copy of the Sims 3: Collector\'s Edition and I also picked up the Sims 3 Game Guide Collector\'s Edition and I lucked out since Best Buy was selling the $10 Cashcards for $5 each and picked up a couple...

I\'m going to be \"simming\" all night! LOL
