I\'ve already taken pictures for my first Sims 3 episode of Genius Life. Soon I\'ll post it for people to read.
\r\nIf you\'re not familiar with Genius Life, head on over to my Sims 2 page (same name). The first 21 episodes still exist there. I don\'t know if Maxis ever intends to remove the website, or trim the fat by taking down some stories, but it\'ll be there as long as they allow it.
\r\nI just started using the storytelling tools on this website. I gotta say they do excite me, though it will take some getting used to. I\'m going to have to do a better job of picking and choosing pics since you upload them first, then craft the story after. I\'m a little concerned with the space limit, though not really. Just means I should make a storyboard of the episodes before putting them here at all.
\r\nI still have several concerns with The Sims 3 and its obstacles to storytelling. The debug mode has fewer control options for making your Sim have certain reactions. In fact it has no options to that effect. I hope they fix that in the near future. Also, having no sure way of determining what gender my Sim\'s baby will be. I know, some people say to eat certain fruit; and I am filling my Sim up with apples in hopes of making her have a boy. But I\'ve also heard that it doesn\'t always work, so, I\'m a little unhappy with that. For the sake of storytelling, I need the Octaviuses to have another boy. Poor Otto is outnumbered in his house!
\r\nAnyway. Tons of things to think about. Lots of work to do. Here\'s hoping it all pays off.
