5/2/13 Early Images of Spring Valley

I feel its time for me to show off the first images of Spring Valley. Its still in development so you can expect the final version of the map to be much more polished and much more detailed, not to mention the fact that the terrain painting will be much better. I'm also going to add a lot more trees. Pretty much all the trees are the ones on the lots right now. That will change, before Spring Valley is released. I've finished all the apartments, Town houses, and private homes on 30 by 30 lots, but I have yet to get started on any of the mansions, starter homes or ranch houses. here an image of what the city looks like so far. I also haven't even begun construction yet on some of the venues, such as the fire station, comic book store and festival grounds/performance park.
However I have begun work on a many of the other venues. Here's Spring Valley's Consignment Store, "Small City Department Store" as its called"
Here's the Bowling alley/bar that also serves coffee and energy drinks
Here's some pictures of the downtown. Originally the town houses were going to have a greater variety of trees and flowers, but I had to get rid of a lot of them, due to frame rate issues.
These are a couple of farm houses outside town
Here's the hospital / science lab rabbit hole. Notice the garden in the back where medicinal plants ( herbs ) are grown

This is Bumble Bee Park, a park slash, playground slash dog park and cat Jungle. I think I mentioned earlier that Spring Valley has a lot of hybrid lots, and I wasn't kidding. Originally I was going to have the dog park and cat jungles and this park/playground on separate lots, but I decided to create this hybrid lot instead.
That's it for now. Hope you like what you see so far. Keep in mind its still in its early phase. I'm still building the world and I have to do a lot more work on the lots, as well as the terrain.
