Again, the specter of Sim demise is tantalizing me. Most of the time I want to try to do a legacy, but it takes so long with games glitching...however, sim death is forever! Maybe I'll make a corney Adam West batman in a pair of swim trunks...and make him drown...watching the old episodes on the Hub and durring a surfing contest, (God I wish I was kidding about this) the Dark Knight and the Joker both surfed with swimming trunks OVER their regular costumes. *facepalm* That wasn't the end of how campy that series was, but it inspires one, n'est-ce pas? Anyway, I've been thinking of remaking a certain MM-D and trying to hit them with a meteorite again, this time while having Ambitions. Maybe I'll even paint a target with terrain paints like I did last time so that it seems to glow in the dark! Maybe I'll just Make MM-D and clone the person about 7 times that way I'll have a graveyard filled with only them! *rubs palms evilly* I'm a little homicidal ATM and that individual makes a convenient target. Well, either that, or I'll make a group of people in our lives that have caused grief. It's not that I truly wish them harm in real life, just that I need to blow off steam, but the true target will not be a target. Anyway, I'm off to figure out which household I'll make...

I wasn't going to play the Sims today, but while looking at my FB, I was asked a question by a fellow simmer...strange that we weren't friends on this sight yet though...Anyway, I had to turn on my game and try a few things to see if the would or would not work...interesting. Well, I still haven't given my character a makeover, but that's the next step...I also made the house a little big I think...Ah well! I suppose I could try to fix it...but making a basement with a house on a foundation, and a garage connected to the house with a breezeway is a little tricky...try it and see how well ya do ;) Anyway, I'm able to make my house, that's all that matters to me, and if it is a little more spacious than the real one, well it feels spacious to me. So :P Well, I'm off to sim some, and wait for that friend request Kate ;)
Getting a Little Closer!

Well, I'm one more step to that blogging badge...sigh! Meanwhile I'm sending out friend requests to random Showtime simmers that want friends for simport. Why? Because I need more simports if I'm going to get the nifty stuff hehehe. I have to keep a close eye on my installed content because you never know what another person's sim is carrying...so many people grab up custom content whilly-nilly and don't realize that part of their problems is the custom content...(I know this because I used to be big on custom content, but I couldn't get through a legacy without it killing my game so now I've nearly cut out all but one cc that isn't sanctioned by EA and I have only downloaded a small handfull of things from the exchange. If you are reading this, and are engaging in simports with me, please tell me if I have put any cc that isn't sanctioned by EA onto your game so I can try to eliminate it, and I will do likewise. I have enough troubles with my game sometimes, I don't need to borrow trouble by getting stuff that will screw with the game for vanity's sake. Anyway. Thank you in advance to all the simmers who have or will accept my requests, and for any of my current friends that have engaged in simport with me ^^ On to sim!

Okie, after talking about not simming, I've realized I should have simmed ^^ I just want to get that achievement for blog posts so I had to blog before I could sim! Now I'm going to go sim and change my Cici Sim's hair to reflect my hair now ^^ Then I'm going to play Angel and Alex. I think I have them married, though the game kept crashing on me last time, so, I'm not sure if they are or not...Also, daddasquish, I found some custom sweats in my installed content...you sure they won't screw with my game? Well if he ever gets on Vent we can talk hehehe...off to sim!
Mother's Day, and Surgery

Well, last week saw me nursing my husband after his surgery, and then rushing off a few days later to work hard on Mother's day flowers. I had no time for my computer as I was working from morning to dinner time (and sometimes past!) No simming was had, in fact my computer stayed off the entire time, not including when my son played Angry Birds on FB. But, I'm back, and I've come to realize my sim needs updating since I treated myself to a fabulous haircut for Mother's Day, among other things. So, Happy belated Mother's day to all my Mother Simmers out there! Hope your Mother's day was more filled with fun-tastic Simming than mine!
The Marriage that never happened...

Okay, so last night my sims saved up enough money to have a nice little ceremony. I saved right before and went to put my toddler to bed. My game was on pause, mind you, so there was nothing to worry about right? Apparently my nine year old decided it was his duty to make sure my sims didn't starve...and made them totally miss their own wedding...and on top of that they ended up very hungry apparently. So, I went back to the main menu without saving and tried again...I forgot that now, when you load up a game, it automatically starts playing regardless of if the game was paused. I was off doing something else while I waited for it to load...and the wedding was in full swing without the brides...so on again to load it back up, this time I waited till it was about to start, then paused it till I was able to devote all my energy into making their wedding perfect. Near to perfect anyway. Silly me, I didn't save, although it might have been a good thing cause one of the guests kept throwing rice until he peed himself...**** glitches. Then Angel and Alex started acting like they didn't know each other...I was afraid that they were going to go strait to divorce just days after being married...but I managed to get them back into the groove of being a couple just before my game crashed...So, there you have it! The Marriage that Never Was...Marriage scene take four or five...

Another giveaway on Sims for the month of May! I posted my plans for this month, talking about my couple that I'd started a glitchy game with, and now that I restarted their game, what I want to do with them. Had I not succumbed to sleep early last night I would have played more and probably married my sims to eachother. I will do so today though. By the way Thank you SimGuruPoptart for the gift of plants in glass! You can never have too many plants!

Okay I was going to write a little blog every day, but yesterday kicked my butt! For everyone that wants to make their sims mow the lawn...I say nay! I let my lawn get too bad, and it took the better part of a day to take care of it yesterday...If I'd had rotting skin I couldn't have looked more like a zombie by the time I was done! I did make time for sims before I slept so I got some simming done! I am going to play more today, cause I deserve it, damnit! I had troubles with my Angel version 1.0 and Alex Richards...I'll post downloadable versions of Alex soon, but now that I had to redo the game and had to make a new Angel, their romance is doing quite well. I went from barely getting them to date, to being able to have Alex ask Angel to marry her! I can't wait for my first lesbian couple to get married and start having children, adopted children ofcorse!
Anyway, I'm off to play!
