Working on a few more 20x20 lots for the empty spaces in Evverything Island and this is my current WIP. It has a lovely little front/side garden, formal dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, so even though it is on a small little lot, there should be plenty of room for a family. I need to finish the interiors( planning on using a couple of Blue Murder's patterns....she makes such lovely ones!) and playtest...so this house should be ready for download by next week end. :)
Working on the cabin redo that Hydra unleashed on us in CC...should be ready in the next day or so. I am just working on the CAS'ing part of it..which..detail freak that I am, takes a little while. :) Lowdown: 2br, 2batth, reading nook, balcony, fishing pond and mature garden on a wooded 30x40 lot. After that...I am going to work on more 20x20 sized builds for the empty lots around Everything Island. I was planning on tropical victorians after my trip to Galveston, but when I started working on it...I just wasnt feeling it. History has taught me that means leave it alone for a while and dont force it....nothing good comes out when I try to do that. So for now..I will work on some more of the cute little 20x20's until inspiration strikes. :)
This thing is perched on the tiny 10x10 lot...and if I can get it to load properly it should be ready sometime today. For some reason, when it loads, the cover picture and interior pictures are not showing. Anyone else having this issue or am I the lucky one?

Doing some cleaning and found a book of houseplans...casually flipped through it and saw a house that caught my eye. My plans for a tropical victorian build immediately got put on the back burner for a new shiny....lol. This is not an exact replica...I didnt even look at the floorplan...but it captures the feel of the original. Warm, cozy, contemporary traditional....and oh yeah...it is on a 20x20 lot so it can be placed on one of the empty lots sprinkled around Everything Island.
