I built this family starter by request. At under 20k, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I took the screenshots for this at 18 Maywood Ln., Sunset Valley and I think that's a good address for it. It has a small vegetable garden with perfect plants, and a small orchard with perfect apple trees. The appliances have one upgrade. I hope that you enjoy it in your game.
