Aja Danielle Johnson -  Aja\'s father violated a court order by allowing Aja to visit her mother unsupervised in January 2010. The court order prohibited Aja\'s mother, Tonya Hobbs, from allowing her former husband, Lester Hobbs, any contact or visitation with Aja. Reportedly, Aja\'s father believed that Tonya had ended all contact with Lester Hobbs and that is why he allowed Tonya an unsupervised visit to take Aja to a birthday party. Tonya was found murdered and Aja was missing. Lester Hobbs is believed to have murdered Tonya and kidnapped Aja. On March 29, 2010 the bodies of a man and child were found in OK; they are believed to be Hobbs and Aja.    

Marc Bookal - Marc was 4 years old when he disappeared from his home on Dec. 14, 2009. Marc\'s remains were found on March 24, 2010 inside a duffel bag. Cory Byrd, Marc\'s mother\'s boyfriend was charged with the reckless endangerment of his own child in 1998. That child suffered broken ribs, cracked skull, broken wrist and perforated liver at the hands of Byrd. Byrd was supposed to be watching Marc when he allegedly disappeared. Byrd had been charged with child endangerment regarding the disappearance of Marc but those charges were dropped in February. It\'s expected that Byrd will be charged with the murder of little Marc.

Amber Dubois - Murdered. Amber has been missing for a year or so. Her remains have now been located and the perp in custody for the murder of Chelsea King is being looked at as a possible suspect/perp in the Amber Dubios murder.

Chelsea King - Murdered. Chelsea went missing on Feb. 25, 2010 while jogging. Her body was found in a shallow grave on March 2, 2010. She was allegedly killed by a 30 year old repeat offender who had served time for assaulting a 13yr old girl. How many children in this country have to fall victim to these repeat offenders before our legal system and psychiatric professionals catch a clue that the only cure for this type of person is death? For every one of these predators who get caught, there are hundreds of others who remain cloaked to society. Maybe we can\'t catch them all but we certainly should do a better job of removing the ones we do catch from society. Our children deserve full protection of the law.

Morgan Dana Harrington went missing on October 27, 2009 from a Metallica concert. Her parents believe that skeletal remains found on a farm about six miles from the site of the concert are those of Morgan. The remains will undergo testing for confirmation; other items found in the vicinity are believed to belong to Morgan.

The remains have now been positively identified as Morgan. The police have not yet ruled the case as a homicide but that should happen at any time.

There are strange cases and then there is this case. The two above referenced cases are linked by a single fact: the same man, Franklin Delano Floyd, was responsible for the abduction of a little girl between 1973 and 1975 and abducted a little boy in 1994.

It\'s a convoluted and sickening story that Hollywood couldn\'t invent. After abducting the little girl, Floyd, who was using the alias \"Trenton B. Davis\", renamed her and she became known as \"Suzanne Davis\". Her real name, background, and age are unknown. Floyd claimed to have taken over as her parent after she was abandoned but also claimed that he was her father. He \"raised\" her under several aliases in several states. She was born around 1969 and attended school in Oklahoma City, OK in 1975 but graduated from high school in Forest Park, GA in 1986.

In Floyd\'s pickup truck Investigators discovered 40 illegal graphic photos of the little girl from about age 4 to preteen engaged in acts that no child should have to endure. They also found 33 photos of another female child and 16 of a beaten and restrained adult female (believed to be \"Suzanne\", the same girl that he claimed was his daughter). Floyd and Suzanne or yet unidentified adult female were married in New Orleans, LA in 1989 under the aliases of \"Clarence Marcus Hughes\" and \"Tonya Dawn Tadlock\". Both of them were wanted by April 1990 in connection with a Flordia homicide but before any legal proceedings began against them \"Tonya\" was killed in a suspicious hit-and-run accident in Oklahoma City, OK. Floyd is the main suspect in her death.

Seventeen-year-old \'Tonya\" gave birth to a son, Michael Anthony Hughes, in Tampa, FL in 1988. Floyd claimed to be the child\'s father. Floyd abandoned Michael after \"Tonya\'s\" death. Six months after abandoning Michael, Floyd was arrested on a parole violation. A routine blood test revealed that Floyd is not Michael\'s biological father. When Floyd got out of jail, he requested full custody of Michael. That request was denied. Four years after \"Tonya\'s\" death, Michael was abducted at gunpoint by Floyd from Indian Meridian Elementary School in Choctaw, OK.  Michael was six years old and had been placed with a foster family at the time of his kidnapping. The foster parents claim that Michael was considered at the age of two to be the mental equivalent of a nine month old infant. He was nonverbal, had limited muscle control, and was often hysterical. One can only imagine the horrors that little Michael endured at the hands of Floyd. 

Floyd was arrested in Louisville, KY and is serving a 52 year sentence for kidnapping Michael but the child has never been found.  The police presume that Michael is dead despite Floyd\'s claim that the boy is living in a foreign country. Only after capturing Floyd were police able to begin to put the pieces together. Michael\'s mother, \"Suzanne\", was not Franklin Floyd\'s biological daughter as he had claimed for so many years and Michael was not his biological child as he had claimed. \"Suzanne\" was a child who was abducted and survived years of abuse only to bear a child and end up dead and unknown. Michael is a child who was abducted, likely tortured, and presumably murdered by a cowardly man who exists only to fulfill his own twisted fantasies.

Franklin Delano Floyd is known to have used the following aliases:  Trenton Davis; Charles Hughes; Warren Judson Marshall; Preston Morgan; Kingfish Floyd; Clarence Marcus Hughes. he was employed as a painter prior to his arrest.

Floyd has never provided any details about Suzanne/Tonya.

2010 Cases

Aveion Malik Lewis

Amber Alert Canceled.

What seemed to be an unlikely story has turned out to be just that. Little Aveion\'s step-father admitted to police that the story of 3 unknown suspects having abducted the boy was a lie. Police believe that little Aveion is dead and was dead before the step-father made the 911 call. The child\'s mother is also being questioned.  January 21, 2010 update.

Morgan Higgins--Found

YELLVILLE, Ark. -- The Marion County sheriff\'s department issued an Endangered Missing Child Alert for Morgan Higgins early Saturday evening. Morgan was found at roughly 7:45 Saturday night.

Details were scarce on Saturday evening. Her family says she\'s fine. \r\n

Morgan was missing for almost 24 hours. Many agencies helped in the search for the girl. \r\n

Ian Vadim Johns--Found

TEMPE, AZ -- Police said a 14-year-old Tempe boy who\'d been missing for several days has been found and is safe.

Tempe police spokesperson Molly Enright said Ian Johns ran away from McKemy Middle School Wednesday afternoon.

Police said a citizen spotted him Sunday and alerted authorities.

Alexis Cartwright--Found

Alexis, abducted by her noncustodial father on January 3, 2010, has been found.  At 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010, in Manning, S.C., Alexis was found along with her father in the parking lot of a CVS/pharmacy by the local police department, according to a New Kent Sheriff\'s Office news release.

Cartwright was charged with abduction and child neglect, both felonies.

2009 Cases

Annie Marie Le, a Yale student, went missing on September 8, 2009, just   prior to her wedding. Her body was found stuffed inside a wall or utility access on the day she would have been married. Raymond Clark III, a janitor, was arrested and charged with the strangulation death of Annie.

Tracy Ocasio vanished on May 26, 2009. James Hataway has been named as a peson of interest by the police. Hataway was seen leaving the Tap Room with Tracy and has a history of violence toward women. He also is reportedly into vampires and cannibalism among other things. The parents of missing  Jennifer Kesse say they see a connection between the 2006 disappearnce of their daughter and the Ocasio case. The Tap Room was Jennifer\'s old hangout and both women also have ties to Ocoee, FL.

Mitrice Richardson was arrested in September 2009 for failure to pay a restaurant bill. She was taken to the Agoura hills Sheriff\'s Department then released in the middle of the night without transportation. Mitrice\'s mother was on her way to the Sheriff\'s Department to pay bail when she was told that Mitrice had been released. In December 2009, the Sheriff\'s Department escalated the case from \"missing\" to \"homicide\" although Mitrice has not been seen or heard from since the night she was released and there is no evidence that she is not alive.

Her partially clad body was located later that day in the Forked Creek near the Forsythe Woods Preserve in Wilmington. She had been sexually assaulted. Her father was the only suspect looked at and by the time his name was cleared, the case was cold. Little Riley\'s family, friends, and community mobilized for justice for Riley.

A FBI reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the person(s) responsible for this crime.
