I just wanted to take a moment to thank Suzalilli for gifting me the Forte Loveseat from the Sims 3 Store.  It was completely unexpected and a complete surprise that put a big smile on my face.

Thank you again and I hope to return the favor soon!
New Modern Community Lots...

Originally I had only planned on creating and sharing one lot for January, but decided to start completing a set and have created four modern lots so far.

I really liked the modern look and feel to the community lots we got with the Town Life SP and decided to update some of the lots from the  base game and the Ambitions EP.  So I uploaded new versions of  art gallery since the SP gave us a new version of the library and then I also made modern versions of the consignment store, fire station, and the salon-tattoo parlor.

I hope you all enjoy these in your game as much I do!
My New Years Sims Resolution...

I think that I'm going to add one more resolution this year along
side the normal ones of eating healthier and exercising more...

Last year, I really neglected my simpage here compare to the years
before so I'm going to make sure that I add at least one new sim and
one new lot to my studio and blog about it at least once a month.  That
would add at least twenty-four new items to my simpage's studio a
year.

Silly...  I know, but maybe it'll get me back into simming more often,
as I'm starting to slowly get bored with it.  I've been taking a break from
it hoping that when I played again that would reawake the obessed
simmer inside me and it just hasn't happened yet.  Maybe the new EP
coming will do the same as Pets really didn't do too much for me,
I didn't expect it too since that was my least favorite Sims 2 EP too.
