Protagonist: Michael Our protagonist is Michael. He is a tall fellow with, for some reason, vaguely Asian features. He protects humankind in the struggle against his Brother's forces. |

Antagonist: Gabriel Our antagonist is Michael's Brother, Gabriel. (Seen here looking cold and grumpy.) He wents to get rid of humankind. So Michael decided to stop him. Gabriel still cares for him but, yeah, you don't mess with Gabe's plans for world domination. |

Our Bridge Into Alternate Universe. But what, pray tell, brought these two fond brothers to their current state? What turned Gabriel against humans? It all began one day, when they visited Earth. Some say it involved an immolated zombie. Some say Michael used his cellphone too much. But suffice to say that both of them suddenly realized... they were trapped! With no way home. |

Fallen Snowflakes Michael and Gabriel turn, surveying the empty field around them. Bare trees jitter in a frigid wind. Soft flakes drift from a gray, empty heaven, much like our two unlucky angels. Just like the same, they cannot return. Gabriel extends his wings for warmth, and ruffles them against the snow. "Brother," he says. "I think we should find shelter until the gate to Heaven reopens." |

Recon They both take to the air, to search for an empty house. |

Ahem! AHEM! I said... they TAKE OFF in search of.... oh heck nevermind. Carry on. -_-''' |

sigh. ...Ok, um, you guys do realize that we'll never get to the house scene this way, right? *looks at watch* Archangels! Sheesh. They're harder to work with than cyborgs from Ghost in the Shell. At least Togusa could take direction! |

Annnd finally... Annnd finally Gabriel remembers that he is cold! That's right, Gabe, remember when we were looking for a house, back there? Read the f'ing script. And next time, wear protection! (Yes that is a neon green alien snowman between them. They built it because they are half-aliens, which also explains why their eyes are all black.) |

At last... At last, Gabriel and Michael settle upon a little house in a quiet suburb. There is a "for sale" sign in the yard, no tracks in the snow, and no vehicle parked in the driveway. All signs point toward an empty house. Gabriel kicks in the door and surveys their new desmesnes. "Why is everything yellow?" --"I have no idea." |

Cold! "Can we turn up the heat?" pleads Gabriel. "I'm f'ing freezing here, Brother." --"Certainly," replies Michael. "But why are we cold in the first place? I've never felt that before." --"Nor have I," agrees Gabriel. "AndI have a strange pain in my stomach, as well." |
