The sun suns light went into Joel’s eyes, and he his eyes lids flew open. He groaned that it was once again. “Morning,” Leah’s voice called. “Mornin’,” Joel rubbed his face. All of Joel’s moving instantly woke Ellie. “Ugh… Five more minutes,” Ellie shielded her face from the sun’s blinding rays. Joel chuckled. Joel got up and left Ellie in the recliner. “Look what I found,” Leah held up the can of pears. Joel picked up the can and examined it. “Nice find,” He remarked.
