It's a renovation of the Gymnasium from Sunset Valley" 28 Hours of Wellness Gym" on three floors. On the ground floor, there are a large entrance hall , a swimming pool, a cardio room and large locker rooms (one per genre). On the first floor, this is the floor for sports and weight training machine with a martial arts room and another room for ballet. To the second floor or the last floor, there a a large room left with locker rooms. In the basement, there is a basketball court.
