Inspiration for this house came from the HGTV show, "Windy City Rehab". It was a rundown historic brick home in Chicago renovated into a luxury contemporary home retaining a few historical architectural elements. Consists of LR, kitchen, dining room, family room and powder room on 1st floor; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry room on 2nd floor. Backyard has a small patio and a play area.
