Sold again in 1991 to the band Toots-Zulu, this house has some history. Having been partied in for more than 40 years by some of the greatest bands in Sim history, the Zephler is currently looking for a 4th owner that will respect the free-love, rip-up-the-grass, musicial past that the Zephler has experienced.
