Formerly Known as Bellmont, Tributary is a modern planned community tucked away in the mountains. A small campfire caused a scorching blaze in the Gunderson Mountains that destroyed the historic town of Bellmont. As the years passed, the suburban town was rebuilt and modernized to bring it into the 21st century while maintining some of the historic buildings that survived. And just like that, Tributary was born!
