Andy Pandy is the owner of Andy's Shop. the shop has everything from books to candy. Andy Pandy is offen seen with his patchwork hat suit and his crazy goggles and cain. He is most always in the candy part of the shop singing and dancing trying to lure little kids to spend all there pocket money on candy. some say Andy never ages as Andy's shop has been around for generations maybe even before SimValley was founded.
