A True Hobbit Hole - Everbourne series

This house is a true hobbit hole, no mushroom roof popping out. the entire house is underground in a fashion I didnt think was possible. The plot is a little big 40x40 but its my first of this new style. So far its the only one of its kind, I have searched every sims 3 page looking for this before I broke down and made it. The interior is a little small, designed for 1 to 2 sims however, keep an eye open for more of my Everbourne series hobbit holes.
