St. Marie Church

Myths suggest that the reliquiae of St. Marie, the patroness of the town, are buried beneath this piece of earth. Therefore this church was built only several weeks after the first Catholic settlers came to Mayfield Springs. Over ages, however, it has been renovated many times to make it more beautiful, although some Sims belief it only makes the church worse.
