Dandy Mott is the spoiled son of Gloria Mott. He's been spoiled all his life, and has recently started to show some psychological issues. He seems to have a case of Peter Pan Syndrome, as in he still acts like a child and refuses to act maturely. He has child-like tantrums when he doesn't get his way, his bedroom is rather childish and full of toys and other accessories, and the dead giveaway- he drinks his alcohol from a baby bottle.
