The Libary is also in it's own seperate building along with canteen that onnects by the bridge link. There is ample parking and a gym on the ground level of the main buiding and 2 stairwells and a lift to make it easier for your Sim at busy times. Note: If you have problems placing the lot than change the lot to visitors allowed and than place.
